Location was great. easy access to wan chai and central. pleanty to see and do in the immediate area.great choice of food venues. rooms are clean and decor is "cool".

Great location in a local area that also has international restaurants. Nearby are 7-11, M&S Food, Mannings, Mercato Gourmet, Pacific Place, restaurants of various cuisine. I like the mix of local and international in the area. Also a short walk to MRT Admiralty station and the bus and tram stops. Room size is good enough for my husband and I. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Trendy and youthful vibe. There's also a laundry area in the basement.

There was always a musty smell in the room. I don't know, may be it's a normal thing in Hong Kong because of the humidity, but still not great. Windows don't open, I guess again because of the humidity, but honestly it's not better inside with no ventilation. It still feels wet, but also with a smell

The guy on the reception tried to cheat me in the end when I asked about the taxi to airport. He suggested to pay by card to him the hotel - 400-450 HK dollars instead of to suggest me to use UBER with the price 300-320 HK dollars. Cheater!

It was a great location & convenient

The staff didn’t let us eat or drink in the lobby which was quite difficult for a big family trip. Even if we just wanted to eat small bakes or takeaway foods. As a result we didn’t stay that long in the lobby and don’t have many pictures taken together there

Breakfast and location is good. Also near by there are lots of restaurants and shops near by just walking.

I was surprised the basic amenities such as bottle water, dental tools, shaving tools are not complimentary.So I have to buy those in the machine in the ground floor in the lobby. I was satisfied except for this.

The place is very convenient, easy to find, can get a tram or a bus. Lots of restaurants around. Staff are nice especially to George who helped us check- in and answered our questions politely. He is also very accommodating and apologized because he couldn’t grant our requests. They also explained how to use the water purifier.

As HK policy, no more water bottles and toiletries in the room. It’s not sound proof as you can hear the doors closing and opening.

location. you’re paying for proximity to Wanchai and Central. it’s actually closer to get off at Wanchai station, since it’s a 5 min walk. there’s great local restaurants around and Fat J Char Siu right beside (worth the hype). coffee all around also. there is (minimal) house keeping daily, with new towels. linens are changed every 3 days. there is on site washer/dryer for a fee, with option to buy detergent if you don’t have your own. but the washed clothes smell just as if you didn’t wash them .. we didn’t have much of a choice, so did two loads in our week here. you do have lots of space to hang your clothes which is nice, especially when we needed to hang dry.

you get 0 amenities. everything is extra, including water. while there is a water filter in the room, it’s not the most user friendly and i don’t really understand if it actually filters. there’s lots of mold and the washrooms are dated and unkept. staff are nice, but not friendly, that’s HK for you though. don’t expect much. when asked for a plate and knife, they said it’s available in the vending machine, i needed a fruit knife which they reluctantly provided. considering it’s part of Brilliant by Langham, i did have higher expectations, and was disappointed.

Location was excellent and room is a decent size for HK! Bed was super comfortable, and nice big shower with great water pressure. You’re within minutes walk to so many good cafes and restaurants, and buses / trams / metro are all less than a 10min walk away!

They don’t provide bottled water, but have a purified water machine you can use (I didn’t use it, as these don’t remove the metals from the water).

The stay was comfortable. Location was great and staff are very friendly and helpful.

i loved how distinct the building was so when i was lost it was easy to find. the room was spacious and had a great view. the water dispenser was a great perk. bed was comfy and i slept well. laundry downstairs as well as the gym were great options. also a 7/11 nearby for late night snack runs!

the subway was a bit far away (but the bus was right outside! airport bus was also close by)

Location was great, staff was very helpful. My room was comfortable and quiet too.

The bathroom was a little small and didn’t have any toiletries. I also wish the hotel was a bit cheaper in price.
