Nice location.

Resturant prices way to high. Staff could be more friendly.

I love the location across from the beach. Seaview rooms really do have a beautiful view of Silvermine bay. The breakfast is good for the price, but otherwise would be considered marginal. The staff is pretty good and seems to want to provide good service

The fact that taxis cannot pull up to the building (you must walk the last 50 meters) is a downside.

Your web page showed 8.1 km from the hotel to HK airport but actually it is about 30km and need addition 70 minutes round trip! I spent addition 480 Hongkong dollars to pay for the taxi and food cost!

The taxi could not drop us front of the hotel and we pulled 4 suite cases to walk a distance to the hotel. It was very difficult for us! wr would like you to reimburse us the addition cost because your "8.1 km to HK airport " misled advertising

Exceed our expection, all staff are helpful the reataurant exceed our expectation, all servers are great anf food price are reasonable and the food was good

It’s convenient

It’s difficult to access - I’m disabled No support for moving luggage up and down stairsRestaurants are mindfully bad nutritionally or catering for different needs. Pool always closed when we go Decorating is poor and cleanliness is much to be desired.

The breakfast was good. The location was excellent with sea view. All staff were very friendly including Donna and Glora and the gentleman in the dining room. Our room was spacious with plenty of drawers and storage room.

Because it was the low season with few guests, the hot water didn't reach our room so I had a cold shower on most days which was tough with a luke warm shower on a couple of days. I reporter the problem and was told to run the water for minutes but it didn't get warm.

We booked 4 rooms and staff was not so welcoming not smiling on the face, I also related to customer service since from 9 years but I felt like the staff on reception counter was rude and second thing we booked 4 rooms and paid money, was not staying there free, and no one told us that our room booking have breakfast included they charged us every thing but not informed us. about our breakfast at Checkin time, We have been to many hotels before. Not have such bad experience, Staff in those hotels informed about every facility they provided but in this hotel they just took our IDs for verify and informed us our checkout time and handed over keys,, such a pathetic services , not recommenced.

First floor, view on the bay and impossible to open the windows as they were locked with a terrible and very noisy AC.When we asked why we could not open the windows, they told us it was to dangerous!

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The spa was closed, the hotel is quite rundown.

We have been transferred from the 2nd floor to a room on the ground floor.

No variation in choice of breakfast, every day the same.

Friendly staff caring for their guests. It is a peaceful location but with direct busses to Cheung sha wan beach, Tai O village and a ferry to central.The resort has everything you need with 7-11 McDonald’s and a halal takeaway a 5 minute walk.

We had a toddler with a Pram and although we booked early, we were given the second floor room. Some more empathy about little ones would be better for the future. Thank you.The restaurant should try catering for a more diverse cuisines like halal food. The manager there said ‘ we only have Western food’ when I didn’t even ask. It would be also be courteous for the restaurant staff not to be slightly intimidating by asking ‘ May I help you’ when we are just visiting to see what’s there with my little son. It should be ok for guests to sit there for a little. Thanks again.

Room was spacious and comfortable with a great sea view. Bathroom was good.

No lift to accommodation floors, average breakfast and hotel did not respond to our request for early check in.

I have the best sea view, and the room is just very new and comfy. It is right in front of the beach!

breakfast did not taste that great, but they gave us a big amount every day.

Restaurant Floor staff on 22nd Sep, 9:20 am during breakfast time. Poor service, extremely rude to guests. Hope they remember they are representing and working for a hotel.

Some optional activities were available. Beachfront was nice. Room Cleaning staff were wonderful.

Mold in room. Air conditioner noisy and dirity. Depreciative maintainence entire property. Front desk staff were cold. Food was equivelant to costco frozen meals.

The location is excellent, pool is good, but lots of petty rules

Full of rules - allows no booking changes. The hotel is overpriced, charging like a 5 star for 2 star facilities.

Right next to the beach, amazing sea view

We had a breakfast coupon for our 2 week stay, it was lovely but they only served the exact same breakfast option which I think could be improved on. We got sick of it after the 4th day

Large, clean room. Very comfortable bed. We were upgraded to a Sea View room. Room was quiet. Hotel is in a good location on the waterfront. No direct vehicular access. A short walk to the ferry and buses. Pleasant staff.

Carrying our suitcases up to the 3rd floor. There is no lift.

Excellent room apart from windows did not open.

The building itself is very dated - like a 70s leisure centre. They need to update the building as they have done with the rooms.
