Wrost stay of our lives ever, front desk staff was the worst. Housekeeping staff was still better. Even the restaurant staff didn't bother to greet. Great country, worst hotel. A very bad experience.

Front desk/ reception Staff was the worst, so was the restaurant staff, no facilities what so ever, not even a tour desk, they don't even have room service from their own restaurant. For 3 people, they gave us 1 water bottle only, which we were supposed to fill on our own. It should not be called a 5 star hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room very nice and comfortable. Great location if you need to go on a cruise. There is a small mall nearby.

Excellent location for guests that are going to Kai Tak Stadium for concerts. The hotel provides a guest only overpass to go to Kai Tak Stadium and the Sports Park directly which is very convenient. Staff are very friendly and professional. The room is very clean.

The property is clean

The room was too small for the price we paid, the location is not convenient it’s far from all the major tourist areas. I also like the idea of being environmentally friendly, but asking your guest to buy amenities that can be provided for free is just not it for me.

Location, Breakfast, Rooftop Bar and it was great for walking and dining/shopping.

Door to bathroom is very loud and cumbersome.

I had requested interconnecting rooms months ago, yet the hotel was unable to provide them. We ended up settling for adjacent rooms instead.The rooms are quite small—especially the bathroom. I’ve never seen such a tiny bathroom in a supposed five-star hotel. There were no amenities in either the room or the bathroom besides a few power sockets. You need to bring everything yourself—from a toothbrush to a shower cap or purchase items from the vending machine at the reception area.“I support environmental sustainability, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of basic amenities—especially at this price point.”There is no ironing board, no extra pillows, and no extra blankets provided in the room. I also recommend bringing your own soap, as the liquid soap provided is highly alkaline and may not be suitable for normal to dry skin.Despite having a few mirrors in the room and one in the bathroom, the lighting is poor and not reflecting properly where it needs to be. There is also no vanity mirror, which is a basic expectation in any 4- to 5-star rated hotels.I had to speak with the manager at one point because my husband’s quilt had widely visible BLOOD STAINS (menstrual) in 3 places. I took photos, but they are too unpleasant to share. It certainly could not have come from me, as I am well past that stage of life.In short: I strongly suggest booking another hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful

Their two twin bed room is same size of 3 twin bed room. They just remove the coffee table and sofa there is only one chair left

hi, When i was stayed at the hotel. In the morning, I accidentally touched the lamp, and since it was not being fixed, it was broken. The manager said that they will charge me for that. I told her that it happened by accident. In the evening, when I came back to the hotel, the lady at the reception said to me again that they would charge me. I reported that the lamp was not fixed in its place, and by coincidence I touched it and it fell. Instead of apologizing to me for this, they want to charge me for the damage.In this situation, rather than acknowledging the fear I experienced when the lamp fell and the fact that I could have been injured, they are trying to make me pay for it.Once again, I would like to emphasize that this incident happened only because I accidentally touched the lamp. I did not intentionally touch it, nor was there any fight or disturbance that caused it to fall.For all these reasons, I would like to express my great dissatisfaction with the hotel. That is why I gave a low rating.

Its a new hotel, clean, small gym,... good for layover

The breakfast and restaurant are nice. The staff are all friendly. Room is clean. Love the pool, it would be great if there is umbrella, it's burning hot in summer.

Wish there is clearer direction from mtr station how to get to the hotel, and if possible have an exit gate open closer to the mtr side. (The second floor gate is so far from the hotel most of my family and friends had hard time finding it when they come to hotel and visit). It was so confusing and a lot of going around before we get to the entrance. Wish there is coin laundry facilities somewhere in hotel. Wish basic amenities are included. Wish the shuttle bus can run till later

More breakfast seating space. We had to share a private room with others on one table. Was a meeting room and was far from main buffet which was a challenge with small childrenThe second day the same issue took place but we opted to sit outside on our own table

Staff so friendly and always ready to take care of us. One of the best staff teams I have found. New hotel, good environment, lots of dining options around and even not being too close to MTR, has a shuttle with regular connection to it.

The location is excellent. The staffs are nice and helpful.The view at rooftop pool and bar is stunning.

There are not enough signages to show the way on 15/F (to bar or pool). The layout of rooftop pool is strange. If one doesn't want to get wet, he/she needs to pass through the back of house area. There is not even a proper space for towels nor umbrella.The bathroom in family room is too small.

A new hotel, clean but lacks some services. No room service, not much tourist information, rooms are really only adequate for two people. We were sold one room for 4 people, omg it was unbearable, we had to climb over suitcases to get into bed. However the next morning upon my complaining they gave us two rooms for the same price.
