Harbour Bay Hotel

The hotel staff were very courteous and efficient. The hotel is in the middle of a very lively pub district with lots of nice restaurants to choose from. Good for a couple traveling together. Also very easy access to the subway.

We stayed on a weekend night and the noisy partying in the surrounding neighborhood went on well into the wee hours.

Great location. Near to MTR. The room size is bigger than normal room size in HK. Hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee in common area. Allow luggage storage after check out without additional charges.

Separate bathroom and toilet. Only 1 sliding door. Close one room and another room leaving open. No hook in bathroom.

With the relatively high rate, it would be nice if it already included free breakfast. Plus, there was no lotion.

Air-conditioning system is not good enough, sometimes its too cool and sometimes it's not cool.

The bed were so comfortable , although the room smallest than other hotels but it is worth of the money amount , there are warmer machine in the room so that's a plus point coz I don't really like cold also the hotel location near from subway , MTR . So easy to find and reach. Definitely already booked again for the next weekend ??

This hotel has a walkinh distance to K11，Victoria harbour and habour bay city. I jave stayed here for 8days，the bed and pillar are so comfortable that I dont want to get up. The staff are very efficient whenever i order food they send us very quickly. Thank you：）

Super clean and exceptional housekeeping service. Each day after cleaning the room, it felt like we are entering a new room. Beds are extremely comfortable. Location is great. Most importantly the rent is very affordable according to the facilities. I have stayed 3 times and it will certainly be my next destination.

The hot water from the shower has a hazy appearance (cold water is ok). I checked it by putting water in a clear glass. They have one door to cover both the toilet and bathroom. Thus you can close eithet toilet or bathroom. The door was also unable to be fully closed in the room we stayed (1306).But I will say that the other things about this hotel are so good that I will ignore the small inconveniences.

Disappointing

made a booking and selected the more expensive room because the room description said that the room has bathtub. After entering the room. there was no bathtub, I spoke to the front desk staff and explained that I booked the expensive room type because I wanted a bathtub. I was told by the staff that all rooms at their hotel do not have bathtub and asked me to contact Booking.com because the room description was an error made by booking.com
