I liked everything about this place, great staff, and good location in the middle of Wan Chai.

Bathroom lighting is lacking, one single light over top the sink area, your face is in the shadows when shaving.

Spacious rooms and very conveniently located near Wan Chai station. Lots to eat around and a small market nearby too.

Second time here. Price good. Newly renovated rooms are so much better. Bathrooms much bigger in newly renovated rooms. Check in fast. Minibar is free.

No pool, and in old rooms and new rooms they have very bad lighting to put on makeup! Breakfast expensive.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a choice of firm or soft pillows. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. The hotel is very close to the MTR station, making it convenient to get around.

I booked an E Plus Wharney Room two and a half months in advance, requesting a room away from the elevator because my husband has trouble sleeping. However, upon check-in, we were given a room right in front of the elevator. When we complained, the staff checked for other available E Plus rooms, but there were none left, so they replaced it with a Sky Premier room and we were still given access to the Executive Lounge on the 21st floor, but the downside is that we had to take the elevator down to the ground floor (G) before we could access the 21st floor. In addition, breakfast is included for free but the food selection wasn't very diverse, and the hot coffee I ordered 4 days was just lukewarm, not hot at all.

The location was great with plenty of useful spots close by (convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bank, pharmacy). The staff were exceptionally professional from our arrival to our departure and the room was clean. Space is understandably limited, but they made the most out of the space :).

The breakfast was limited, cold and exorbitant price given its rather poor quality.

The hotel was pretty well managed despit the New Year rush. Things were in order, room was clean. Location is pretty good given proximity to Wan Chai MTR.

Lifts might be a tad bit slow..but won't kill to wait. Would be nice if the staircase was more maintained to encourage walking

Amazing staff and great location. Decent sized rooms and very comfy beds. Relatively clean and staff responded quickly to cleanliness requests.

The room was clean, and beds very comfortable. A good use of space in the room.

When taking shower, it took quite a while to get warm/hot water. The second thing I'd like to mention is that I was a little struck how the dining place was a bit small (lacking maybe extra tables and chairs) and often caused people waiting to sit and have breakfast.

Outstanding location for access to restaurants and Wan Chai neighborhood. The building is beautiful and the staff are very attentive, probably my favorite part of this hotel. They even loaned me an adapter for my phone. Room was modern, attractive, and comfortable.

WiFi was too slow. I wouldn't stay more than one night with slow WiFi.
