Is not a four star hotel as expected in their write up and is beside a funeral parlour and industrial estate.

Location great staff very friendly

Breakfast coffee machine slow and small cups, buns ok.

Tv doesn’t work, Room was way too small for a family , breakfast was a small tiny piece of bread

Staffs are very nice. It's clean.

It's not like I am disappointed but don't get too much expectation from the breakfast provided. It's just a piece of bread. But with the price you pay, service is the best.

The hotel was well located and soundproof.

The breakfast facility were very basic, so much so that for the 3 nights I stayed I never had breakfast. The fire alarm went off one night and there was no one to tell us anything, like what the problem was, if it was safe to go back to our room. I was on the 23rd floor and so the walk down all these flights of stairs to be met by no one outside is a serious breach of Health and Safety. I know its Hong kong, but this was the smallest room I have ever stayed in.

Breakfast is very bad. Limited seating. Even though the available seat in behind counter, unable to sit. Staff is not willing to bring outside for you to sit. Only one bread (only one flavor they provide - no options) per person you cannot ask more if you are hungry.

The hotel is seen to be new, but the room is very small.

The breakfast they offer, really leaves a lot to be desired, they offer only a sweet bread with coffee with milk.

Too remote from retail businesses. Neighborhood is light industrial shops. Unable to get taxi.

The view, new hotel

It was near Chinese new years and they did a poor job in tidying and cleaning the room. One of the towel had lipstick on it....it felt used. I asked for extra pillow and the staff said we are fully reserved and cannot give you any extra.

They wrote off a double payment for the hotel, they couldn’t explain anything, they spiraled everything first to booking, then to the banks, a month passed and the money was not returned, they just ruined the vacation!

The hotel is very clean and has modern facilities the staff is nice and helpful, and is near the subway and bus so you can get easily to touristic places. There are also many restaurants and shops around the area so is very convenient

Overall good experience, but when it says it “includes breakfast” is only a single piece of bread per person and coffee, my mom and I were disappointed because of that.

the room is tiny and they dont offer any amenities so you need to bring everything with you

So called Go Green policy, just save cost.Not settle payment when check in.Ask customer did you pay yet when check out, only few hundred dollars still need to sign for credit card.

We like the hotel. Its very relaxing.

Staffs and officers prioritized Chinese speaking guest. I have to wait even I came in first.Staffs and officers argue other raises and don't know how to speak in a polite manner.
