The location of the hotel is second to none. It is located in between Tsim Sha Tsui station and Jordan station (which is closer). It is central to almost everything you will want to do in Hong Kong.
The customer service was unpredictable. One nice, the next rude, and so on. The internet at this hotel was horribly slow and spotty at best. It would constantly go out and come back on. They had an upgrade while we were there and it made it worse.
Cheap and close to a lot of things in Tsim Sha Tsui.
The room is a bit tight with not a lot of space around the bed or in the bathroom, but that seems to be the case for a lot of places in Hong Kong.

The hotel smells like smoke. We complained several times. The breakfast was so disgusting that my wife ended up with food poisoning, but the refused to credit the money back for breakfast. The beds are made of solid springs that you can feel.
