Room is clean and having the main view but not providing the water bottles as an amenity. The bed is a bit small.

Over all rooms were clean and decent.While hotel is far from most tourist attractions, it was easy to reach nearest bus stop and light rail station which takes you to nearby metro station.
No Food options, for break-fast , or dinner. We really struggled to have food here.Bed could have been better but nothing bad they were comfortable but not great.
Great location, right by a mall with a bunch of eateries, and the supermarket, pharmcy, and a huge park, light rail and bus. Very convenient location. Hotel had great staff and felt clean.

It’s quiet and literally just a minute walk to the hotel. Also near the airport.
While the light rail is very convenient , takes about an hour to go to popular destinations via MRT unless you ride an uber. Also, no bidet

I reserved a room at the hotel tower, not the resort tower. I believed my room had been sold to another guest because I was sent to the resort side that has no staff or assistance available at night. Then, I found out that the room is equipped with the type O electric outlets throughout, without any USB outlets. I had to walk over the hotel side trying to borrow a plug and was told that the type O plugs are available for sale inside the shopping mall nearby. Well, all shops were closed because it was after 10pm.

I liked my first stay.Room service was good throughout.
Second stay (a week later) I suddenly got degraded while paying more, ofc it's high season so I understand but don't see why my supposed Deluxe room was 20years older than my first stay.Lobby worker King was impatient for no reason. Doesn't matter how I, the customer, was confused. One shouldn't raise voice, sneer or imply dumb customer. Was not happy but late and tired so CBA to escalate.
The lobby area was nice
The staff was incredibly rude and have zero experience in hostility. Super greedy as well, they wanted to charge us 345 HKD to open a sofa bed that was already in our room, also we asked for some water for the kids and they rudely said that we need to come to the lobby at 3 am and buy it. We asked for the water to be delivered and we would pay for it because I couldn’t leave the sleeping kids alone and they refused Will never recommend this hotel based on the service
It was okay
We tried to change the travel dates a week earlier, but hotel claimed they didn’t get the message (they don’t check their booking.com messages either). And refused to give us refunds
