The view is amazing

The dirty toilet upon arriving, the water running down the walls and ir wasn't even raining, restaurant doesn't open until 8am for breakfast and closes at 4pm.

The fact that it was right by the sea with an incredible view!!!! The property is very beautiful perfect for couples and even families! This hotel seems majestic and for a true get away in cultural Hong Kong it is one of the place you should stay! The room’s linens and towels were very clean and fresh even the carpet was very clean. Overall, the room was very comfortable and extra snacks were provided was generously surprising.

Just getting to the hotel in itself was a task. Would definitely help if you have only a light carryon. Could have used the heads up before booking with all of my luggages. The hotel manager was very kind in extending the staff to help get the luggages in. After a flight a taxi ride a ferry ride and then to walk dragging the luggages was just too much after a while. The bath and shower curtain needed more cleaning.

The views of the ocean were great, it’s easy to get to and from the hotel.

I got the window view of the ocean, the windows were not very clean which was not expected. But I still enjoyed the view. I also didn’t expect the hotel to be old, the photos online make it look modern but it’s not. It’s nice if you don’t mind the old hotel feel…

The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was great. The room had a terrific view and balcony. Everyone was professional. The room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. I will gladly return to the Warwick Hotel when visiting Cheung Chau Island.

Unfortunately, the shower did not drain well, and in the hotel lobby, the ceiling leaked due to heavy rains, but these were small issues.

The view from the balcony on a beautiful day is the wow factor of this hotel. The balcony looks across the ocean and beach and the sunset is lovely to the left. It's close to the town and comfortable. The room is a little dated but clean and comfortable. With the sound of the ocean at night it's easy to sleep to the sound of the waves.

It is difficult to find a powerpoint for the charger. There is USB ports but my device needed a powerpoint.

The view of the water is excellent and sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea was wonderful. You can see down to the sand, across the beach and the water.

The rooms themselves are old and in need of some renovation but they are comfortable for short stays. Getting in and out of the accommodation with large suitcases or prams is difficult as there are steep steps to enter the reception of the accommodation.

View and location are great. Pleasantly surprised by early checkin, we were just looking to leave our bags. We’ve stayed here before, but the room quality was much better.

Mouldy bathroom, also seemed to have a mould problem in the hallways. Didn’t seem cared for. Very noisy neighbours, despite being asked to be put in a quiet room. Ignored by reception, not welcoming at all.

I really liked this hotel, but it is a bit quirky. It is a 1970's style building and is very weary. The rooms are clean but need decorating, it is very 1970's. There is a real Chinese feel to the whole place, this is defo not an international chain feel. The staff were delightfully friendly. The location is fantastic, superb view from the room over looking the ocean and beach. Just about 200 metres walk from the Cheung Chau Ferry Pier and very easy to find. The island is small and the hotel is ideal, for the beaches, village centre and the excellent walks around the north and south of the island. Breakfast was a limited choice, but cooked and served by 2 absolutely ,lovely ladies in a small kitchen in the breakfast room, very like a small Chinese café feel!

The hotel really needs decorating. I was unlucky to have a spell of unusually cool and very windy weather, which meant both the room and the communal areas were uncomfortably cold. The staff and customers were having breakfast with their coats on. It wasn't a massive problem, but not great.

It seems, this hotel is only one good hotel in Cheung Chau. Hotel located nearby the ferry pier and two steps from the island beach. We have the perfect view from the room.

The hotel, furniture, and everything inside is very old and requires renovation. Breakfast options are a little poor.

Balcony has a good view of the beach. Room is big and clean. Beach is clean and location a bit far and need to climb abit before reaching hotel.

The room included Breakfast downstairs is terrible and no choice at all. only plan corns and plan breads, and old sausages. thats all.room is old, carpet is old, the glass door keep moving by wind all night. bathroom wall and ceiling have humidity dirt and broken hole.

I like that the location is near the beach and our room had a view of the beach. We ordered room service and the price is average but the food tastes so good.

Our room was just adjacent to a room that's being used by the hotel staff. From our room, you could hear the staff talking out loud. But I would say that the staff are friendly. It is an old hotel that needs renovation. The price is the same as the new modern hotels. Our stay was comfortable though.

hahaha.... I am all good!But, because of the maintenance/age/location right at the sea, therefore.. mold in the bathroom, I unfortunately won't be able to bring my wife. Maybe there are renovated rooms, though not my priority to have a getaway in cheung chau :)))

WiFi connection not working at all

Fantastic location to get away from Hong Kong Island. Beautiful views and having a small balcony is definitely a must.

Water pressure in shower was a little soft.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff and great location. Make sure you book a room with a balcony.
