We arrived very early from a long international flight and they gave us rooms hours in advance of the official check in time

No storage in the room. Some drawers to put clothes would be appreciated for a stay of 10 nights.

Not use to bathroom and toilet being all glass, no privacy, especially persons who are use to being exposed naked infront of othersOr if i bring my daughter with me for a trip, she has to stay in another room since bathroom has no privacy

Location is great and very convenient going into the city. Shopping is readily accessible. The urban view is not too bad if stay at high floor. Room is clean and comfortable.

Would be nice to have more space to hang clothes. The current design doesn't seem to think about that and I literally need to "live off a suitcase" so to speak.

Location awkward but good that the MTR is next door. Room was great and staff great except for FB

Breakfast was poor value and product Quality very Low compared to rest of the property. Selections mostly unhealthy processed Foods. Your breakfast could have less items and be a lot more nutritions. Service at breakfast was poor.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Rooftop bar was incredible. Good coffee, up to Australian standards but very expensive, $12 for an almond flat white ? but was still worth it after being in China mainland for a week where good coffee does not exist. Close to train station and close to Japanese restaurants and Fineprint cafe if you like Australian coffee/food.

Spacious and clean rooms, great people, excellent service

The hotel is located at a residential / commercial hybrid area called Quarry Bay. It’s directly connected to the mall nearby (Taikoo Shing) which makes dining and shopping very convenient. Good amenities and clean, comfortable room.

I have multiple issues with this being a 5-star hotel:1. The staff does not make an effort to make you at home during check-in & check-out. Nobody helped me with my luggage to my room or opened the door as I entered / exited. This should be bare minimum at this price range. 2. My room didn’t have a separate shower room meaning I had to turn off the AC at least 30 minutes before entering the “shower” to avoid getting too cold. Who was behind this genius design? 3. Coffee shop & restaurant downstairs are open to public which makes the lobby extremely noisy and chaotic. Not a good place to relax or do work when anybody and their cousin can sit next to you and demand the same service. Again, just a bad design.

location is perfect with MTR station and bus station right in front of the hotel. great mall just next door and with some good restaurants around the area.

Location and specious room.

The room lighting is too dim. There is no mirror when blowing hair. Could add small bin or bag in toilet for handling sanitary pad.

Modern, comfortable, spacious and light-filled hotel room. Not in the center of Hong Kong island but easy to get around with MTR station just on the door step. I would recommend this hotel, if you want to stay in a modern & spacious hotel (rare to find in HK) at a reasonable price. You're only a few stops away from 'down town' HK.

The view is rather disappointing because is in the middle between buildings

The room was beautifully light and airy and we enjoyed the view. The hotel is right next door to Tai Koo metro station, HSBC bank and shopping plaza.

Staff gave us a free upgrade but had to be reminded of that when paying the bill!

Contemporary interior, close to MTR, nice view.

The smell from the wall painting next to my room on the previous floor and the odour on 30F corridor. The temporary entrance not close to taxi/uber drop-off.

The location was on a business district but directly on top of a metro station and shopping mall. The beds were comfortable. Staff were extremely happy to help. The roof top bar was amazing and the reason we booked the hotel.

The bathroom was odd and afforded little privacy. That’s OK if you’re a couple but uncomfortable if you’re a couple of friends or a family group. The shampoo etc was at one end of the very large shower and not easily at hand. The photo on booking.com for our twin room showed a fabulous view of tall office buildings, however our room looked onto a couple of very grotty apartment buildings.
