- The bath tub needs an fully enclosed glass door (not just half) to block out the shower water.
- No heat system
- I was told housekeeping is when we check out OR around 12:30-1:00 pm but I didn't appreciate then knocking on my door around 8:30,8:50 and around 9:15 am....was not happy about that considering I was still sleeping at that time.

The location was good.
The room wasn't very clean. I found hairs in the bathroom that weren't mine since I had just checked in.
We went into our room and then asked for a cleaner room. Which was just as disgusting. We left.
Dirty and lumpy beds.
The location is great, thats why I prefer this Hotel over a few others. Room was clean.
I've been staying at this Hotel quite a few times and even told my coworkers and brother about it. They also loved the location. My only complaint is they don't seem to have a loyalty program for us regular guest or free upgrade which other Hotel offers.
Ilocation and room space, furnishing and cleanliness
Staff untrained ,not willing to serve client
Good location and good room size
Staff told us that there is only two single bedroom left, whereas we booked for a double bed
the convenience of the location is excellent and the water pressure at the Prudential is greatly improved since my last stay
not enough electrical outlets
Great location, restaurants nearby.
A little bit noisy.
Close to shopping and mtr
Entrance is not located on main floor, lot of stairs to carry your bags for entering the hotel
the location. Staff was unbelievably helpful. Such nice people. Bathrooms and amenities were great.
Room was a bit small. also had to get used to the room smell but it wasn't that bad.
Location
The Entrance to the hotel is hidden from the main street and have to the fact there are stairs to walk up while dragging heavy luggages is ideal.
Location
Close to public transit.
No internet.
The floor I was on and the room I was in are a bit old. I think renovation will help
Location
None really
We liked the location in the middle of kowloon with a metro station under the building of the hotel plus very easy access to the other part of Hong Kong island. Easy walk to the promenade. Excellent housekeeping with provision of free water daily, quit room with fridge and kettle. Airport BusFlyer A22 drops you 5 minutes' walk from the hotel (super easy and cheap)Swimming pool was closed for renovation
Only one electricity plug in the room!! WiFi signal is sometimes interrupted. Room size is a bit small but fits 2 persons. No breakfast. So no major issues.
Great location, very close to Jordan MRT. Nathan Street is great for shopping, lots of eateries.
The staff aren't the best. Rooms very not cleaned properly. However, room is good compared to other places in HK.
Location, right in the centre and MTR is below the hotel. Walking distance to Tsim tsa tsui.
