The room and shower area are very small. No space to put 2 or 3 lugages. There is a small cabinet where to hang clothes maximum of 3 pcs maybe. They change the towels everyday but they don't really clean the floor, lavatory and bathroom. No complimentary water and coffee. Location is far from shopping center and no convenience store close to the hotel.
Im booking for triple room . the room is clean ,bed a bit small. Location is good 5 minute to MRT station . Lots of stalls food nearby.

The first two days the room that I stayed on the fifth floor, found Room Number signage is hard to read, floor carpet is old, the wallpaper at the corner of the wall is peel off, the air vent with some mold.
The wall sound insulation not too good for you can hear next room open door and close door when you sleep.
The staff is very friendly and great service. They provided me an extra pillow within less than 5 minutes, that is a great and fast service.
The rooms are too small and the smell is not very pleasant in the room.
The place is excellent for foodies. Numerous restaurants in just 5-10 min walk. A supermarket nearby. Really nice for food hunting.
The customer service is really bad and unhelpful. The room was freezing even the air-con was off. We asked for more blankets but they just sent one. My friend and I needed to sleep together to share the small blanket for warmth.
