Best bedding for a good nights sleep. Very friendly staff. Great location for our needs. Pool was closed-the only bummer.

Did not tell us pool was closed. Work out center lay out was strange.

I like the fact that they gave us a phone to use throughout our stay there. Also we like the fact that they gave us fruits throughout the stay.

When we first got there I asked if there is a king sized room and they said no and we would have to wait until tomorrow or the next day. I had to mention the fact that we were on our honeymoon in order for them to make arrangements.

They gave us a upgraded room with partial harbor view. Very clean and towels the nicest I have ever had. 25 percent off bar and restaurant for guests.

Hard to get ice. Asked once and they delivered it to us. But a exceptional hotel.

Good hotel. Perfect location.

The hotel is in a convenient location. There was many local restaurants and eating places nearby.

The elevator was a little confusing sometimes. Can’t tell which elevate is coming.

The pool was very spacious, would've added heaters because it's outdoors. It would be nice if there would be a hot tub.

I also needed to extend my stay by one more night due to an unforeseen business matter, but they quoted me an extremely high price. I was expecting a more helpful and flexible attitude from the front desk, especially as a returning guest. Instead, I had no choice but to book again through Booking.com.They treat guests the same whether you are a first-time visitor or someone who has already stayed there for several days. I usually stay loyal to the same hotel if the service is good, but in this case, I will not book this property again.

Room service is very nice and professional

Only has outdoor swimming pool and it was closed during our stay.

The hotel is well maintained, the housekeeping cleaning my room is good. Breakfast is good.

No spa for massage services

Concierge services were excellent. Door staff were attentive and kind. Housekeeping were friendly and even remembered that it was our second stay in a span of a month.

We asked for a late checkout extension so that we could have lunch in the hotel but it was not granted by the front desk.
