Pretty big for the price in Hong Kong.Modern and clean, and very cool doors. Nice view from the higher floors.Conveniently located near 7-11, bus stops, and MTR stations

No countertop space in bathroom to put anything or hangers for towels or travel kits.Shower doors were not very glidey and gets stuck making entry and exit difficult. Requires two elevator trips to go up due to intermediate lobby floor.

Location

Down the street has about 10 fish market. Somehow the fishy smell got into our unit. And we told the staff and they didn’t do much about it . And they didn’t want to move us to a different room. End up we have to buy 3 of the air diffuser from muji to make our room smell abit better. Won’t come back for sure.

We liked the location, the shower had great water pressure and the soap smelled good, they left waters for us daily and there was a water dispenser to refill our own bottles. It was Al’s very handy to have a washer / dryer in unit.

The bed was a little hard for our preference. But it was nice that they provide one feather pillow and one memory foam pillow.

I’m allergic to dust and mould, and I normally can’t stay on about 95% of hotel beds. However, I was able to sleep comfortably on this bed and use the pillows without any issues.The bed and pillows were very clean, and the housekeeping team cleaned the room and changed our linens every day.There is no carpet, and the sofa is leather, which really helps reduce allergens. A big plus for me is that there are two windows that can be opened, which is quite rare in most hotels — definitely a thumbs up.There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment, which was very useful for our stay.We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The overall area isn’t large, but it feels comfortable thanks to the clever interior design, which honestly deserves some kind of design award. The bedroom shares the door with the wardrobe, the toilet shares a door with the shoe cupboard, and towels are stored in cavity sliding cupboards — very smart use of space. It actually gave me inspiration for designing my own house!They also have a small hotel lounge, which is great for meeting friends, and a shared kitchen on the first floor.

One small downside: I felt slightly itchy on the fourth day. If you’re extremely sensitive to allergens like I am, an anti-allergen mattress cover might still be helpful. That said, my kids and other family members were completely fine.Also, there isn’t a coffee machine in the room, which is something commonly provided in many guesthouses and hotels.

due to our food allergies, we need prepare some food (one person portion) to take with us to dinner parties sometime, but the community kitchen has very limited open hours and the equipment is hard to use.

They used every inch of the room to make it convenient. And the shower was very nice, warm and a good pressure.

The rooms are really small! And the bed was really hard.

We like the lounge and the common kitchen. Luggage service and the staffs are friendly.

Except the closet, no where to hang our stuffs.

Everything! The location was convenient, with lots of public transportation options (MTR, Bus & Trams).Hotel room was also great; clean with sufficient space. We met the cleaning lady a few times and she always made sure our room got made up and replenished with water, toilet paper and towels.

Price is higher compared to nearby hotels

Perfect location as close to all amenities/restaurant and subways/bus/tram station. Front desk staff is very friendly and the unit is super clean with lot of window/lights.

We had a two bedroom units with modern & spacious design (no carpet). Very clean and high ceiling. Staff is very friendly and accommodated. Definitely will come back when i am in town next.

Perfect stay in HK. The location is unbeatable, with super easy access to public transport. The staff is amazing and very helpful, and the rooms are spotless with well-optimized space. Highly recommend!

It was located in the middle of their food market. It was located very far from the airport. I wish I had stayed closer.

Very spacious, love the two separate bedrooms for family .love the modern clean design. Having Laundry is very nice. Stuff is very friendly.

If can add instant coffee packages would be great.

The staff are highly commended for their wonderful and sincere service and thoughtful suggestions on activities around the city, combined with friendly attitude and meticulous attention to details. Highly recommend The Stellar to anyone looking for a home away from home while in Hong Kong!
