Floor not mopped more regularly.

The one bedroom apartment style room was perfect for our longer stay visiting family. The staff were very friendly, the laundry and gym were put to regular use

Location is very good. For public transportation is very easy

My only concern is the fridge is not working properly

Excellent location, great staff. This was the first hotel in HK that respected my USA schedule and didn't bother me during the day when I sleep and accommodated cleaning when needed. I'm sure I'll be back.

Excellent locationLarge room for Kong Kong

Kitchen had no utensils , cutlery etc. a single plate, single bowl , 2 cups and 2 mugs - not suitable for actual usage as a kitchen.The room was worn, scratches, peeling wallpaper - could use a refresh.Air conditioning was too loud to sleep with.

Overall fantastic experience:- Extremely spacious and clean room- Very close to MTR station (subway)- Friendly staff who went above and beyond to help out- Many restaurant options nearby

Just one "personal preference" item:- It would have been even better if the room is entirely without carpet

Saving the enviroment does not mean skimpping out on basic face/hand towels had to purchse my own hand towel?.rooms are starting to need refreshing and more tv channels for when you need to relax after a hard days shopping and maybe a later check out time

The room was stated as a service apartment with a kitchen. This consisted of a microwave, coffee maker and kettle.Cutlery was 1 big plate, 1 small plate 2 cups and 2 spoons. Also, coffee maker was not working. There were no plugs or charging points next to the bed although it was listed. The shower was a strange configuration, with the shower head located outside of the bathtub and angled towards the tub, so the floor gets very wet.Also they do not provide hand towels or face cloths, only bath towels.

The location is excellent; the accessibility and transportation connection is very convenient. All is close.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or at least a cafeteria, and it does not provide breakfast. The price for accommodation is rocket high, but the service is not within this value.

The location

The kitchen. You didn't get anything to cook with apart from a microwave. No cutlery, t towel, anything to wash up with. You just got 2 plates, glasses and cups, that's it, oh and a fridge. Plus the a/c didn't work

The property is a hotel with apartment-style accommodation. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, well-maintained and located very close to the MTR (less than 2 blocks). The windows were large with an open view of the city. The sitting room has a comfortable couch and TV and the small kitchen area was more than adequate, the Nespresso machine was a bonus not usually provided in HK. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom very spacious by HK standards. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in short walking distance. Other property facilities included a gym, communal sitting area and laundry facilities. Everything was in situ to make longer stays comfortable. Really priced well for HK.

Nice staff, good location, nice layout with living and sleeping separate. I liked they promoted no plastic so no free water but it was only 3HKD if you needed some.

Horrible smell of cabbage from bathroom at times. Tired rooms as many have mentioned.

-rooms are not the size advertised on the website-carpet was worn-we got a disabled room with small basic basin with no mirror,-there are no toiletries in the room, you can buy it separately . At least a tooth brush and a bottle of water for this price and hotel rating would be welcome- hotel entry with 8-10 steep steps. Not convenient to arrive with bigger luggage-there is only one towel per person in the room

Location is good, close to the MTR (Sheung Wan) - within 5 min walk. Also, close to restaurants and major shopping area in Central (20+min walk with interesting street shops).

Although the room is large (technically a suite), but we weren’t aware that this is more like a service suite as compared with a hotel. The room facilities were bare - no bathrobes, hand/face towels, in room slippers, bathroom utensils such as toothbrush, cotton buds. Though the room has a kitchenette, it was a mismatch for us as we came to Hong Kong to explore the great food here.

Great facilities and comfortable room.

The design of the room meant that the power outlets were unusable. We had to improvise and only use one outlet at the desk as that was the only one that could fit the plugs. The other was under the bedside table to charge our electronics.

The location of this apartment was excellent. Guests have access to everything that Hong Kong Central has to offer. The metro line is can be conveniently accessed within a few hundred metres of the hotel. The apartment was well air-conditioned and the bed was comfortable.

The apartment didn't include basic amenities such as toothpaste. However, it is becoming more common for guests to bring their own amenities with them these travel days.
