- The bed was hard as a rock. I might as well have been sleeping on a plank of wood! Also, the shower was ridiculously small. Possibly the smallest I've ever been in. Lastly, 2 elevators for a 22 floor hotel meant some long waits for a ride!
- The shower area drainage not working well that I need to stop for awhile to drained all the water or else it will flood in the bathroom.
