Great location and view, amazing breakfast, nice cocktails

Old hotel

Everything looks super old, you can see stains everywhere like in rugs, lamps, etc. There was algae in the jacuzzi.

The location of the hotel was excellent and central. It is on top of Kowloon station that provides access to the Hing Kong metro area. The Kowllon Station also has a direct line to Disney Hong Kong. The West Kowloon Station, the hotel is also on top of the high speed rail station, that provides train trips to Shenzhen and Guangzhou.The hotel has direct access to the Elements Mall, which is an upscale, luxury brand focused, mall.The rooms were great, spacious, cozy comfortable, with comfortable, slightly larger than usual beds which was welcomed. The views were of the city which was nice.The hotel has a nice patina feel to it, it is aging well and nicely, giving it an authenticity to it in its own way. Some may say the hotel might benefit from a refit, I disagree, it was a great mix between homely and modernity. I personally do not enjoy pristine, fresh out of the box, untouched, hotel rooms.The staff is by far among the friendliest, most welcoming, and most professional staff I have met. My family and I, and every guest I saw, was the center of their attention.I could not use the spa or the gym as I did not have the time, but I heard good things.All in all, an excellent hotel for two adults

Very convenient place, nice view and great services.

When calling Uber, remember to choose the pickup location to Elements South Entrance. Taxis and Uber cards seem always having trouble getting there.

Clean facilities, amazing gym, incredible breakfast and friendly staff.

Area surrounding is a bit awkward to go walk. However the mall attached is incredible.

The hotel has a stunning design, with spacious and modern rooms, and the rooftop pool view is absolutely breathtaking. The service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere made the stay truly memorable. Special thanks to Alex at the reception for his warm welcome and professionalism.

Honestly, nothing - everything exceeded my expectations.

We were impressed by the variety of the breakfast, we loved the harbour view with lots of working cargos, and we loved the view from the pool!

We had a free room upgrade (to a room with awesome view). Check in/out was very fast with staffs always available to guide us around. Service was exceptional. Love that we have 24/7 room service and gym. Location is super convenient, with a mall right next to the hotel, connected. Walking distance to Kowloon and Austin MTR.

I would like to thank the entire W HK team, especially Pauline and Shirley, who made my stay one of the most pleasant experiences in HK. Both ladies went above and beyond to assist my needs and gave me great local recommendations. Housekeeping were incredible and their personalised gestures were warmly received. I could not thank the entire team enough and look forward to my next stay at W HK very soon. Many thanks again for making sure my stay was pleasant.

its still a beautiful hotel where the staff are lovely.

There was a fault with the shower and the shower head was completely missing. The cleaning staff had done nothing about it and put us in the room. And 1 of our two rooms was unavailable until after 5pm. We raised our concern the desk manager was very apologetic and moved us to a higher level suite. We were very grateful that the staff addressed the issue for us as soon as they could. But to be a proper 5 star hotel, they need to have been reviewing of their rooms to ensure they don't give guests rooms with such problems. We were later told that our second room had unacceptable carpet stains from the last guests and that was why we could not get access until the carpet cleaners had been in and fixed it.

The staffs are very nice and professional and they helped me with my trip to mainland China. One of their staffs are very friendly to bring me to the west Kowloon railway station.

Close to airport and mass transit . Staff was gracious and helpful. Fabulous hotel and great breakfasts

Handy for the airport shuffle but little else of mention save views of harbour which are partly obscured

Not really targeted at the non business traveler. Facilities- dining/bar, were modest and roof top bar was scruffy and soulless

One of the beds frame and the carpet had a spot of fluids. I think it was vomit from a previous guest. Shouldn’t happen

I have stayed at W hotel HK multiple times, and the hospitality is always outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make each stay special. From check-in to check-out, they ensure a seamless and welcoming experience. Their genuine care and professionalism truly set this hotel apart.The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a luxurious experience with breathtaking views. The amenities, including the in-room features and overall ambiance, contribute to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that some facilities feel a little dated. However, everything is well-maintained and spotless, so this is more of an observation than a drawback.

Pool closed for maintenance, nothing on website to say so.

Booked specifically for the pool and then the location. After a short 3 day trip to china I was looking forward to having a long swim before heading to the airport. This was not advertised as being out of service on the website or the booking. Very disappointing.

Location, interiors, design of the property. Service is also good. If I go back to HK would stay at this hotel again.
