Hotel ICON

The staff and room were flawless. Lovely well appointed rooms, with thoughtful touches.The transit lounge on level 9 was incredible to shower and refresh between flights,before and after our stay. Right next to a MTR station, and great free city shuttle.

It was absolutely flawless. More hotels should take note of Hotel ICON and their efforts to cater to every aspect of a guest's stay. Far and away one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. We wouldn't change a single thing.

Good breakfast with various options. We stayed in se-harbour view room, the view was ok

The hotel only accepts a credit card to pay the bond. They did not accept Visa or Mastercard, which was a bit unreasonable and made us in an awkward situation

Cleanliness, decent room size, breakfast, and staff were very helpful.

A little bit of a walk from train stations.

Excellent location, property and service. The young man who checked us in at the reception desk was the most pleasant and accommodating to our needs. As a result, we’ve had the best stay in HK. Couldn’t recommend higher.

Nothing comes to mind

Modern Hotel with very comfortable bed and great infinity pool with HK view. Gym is also very well equipped. top floor was being renovated and had some disturbing noises but not during sensitive hours. Great breakfast.

Location is a bit out from Tsim Sha Tsui

Room was large for HK and had a great view of the harbour.

It was relatively cold as the air conditioner didn't work properly, but it was resolved with a plug-in heater.

Beautiful design, and everything in the hotel is well thought out. From in room bottle opener, printer, mini fridge drink selection, to wide selection of gym equipment and pool water temperature.

Elevator stopped a lot and it is usually pretty packed.

there are 4G/5G jammers in the rooms so you have to be on the WiFi.

Soundproofing needs to be investigated for the room I was given. You could hear doors banging and tables and chairs being moved from top floor. Could have more halal and vegetarian options for breakfast.

This is one of the best hotels in HKG, spacious luxurious rooms with a stunning view over the bay. Good location, walking distance from the vibrant Kowloon shopping area with many good restaurants and shops

The room does not feature international sockets, only 3 pin UK / HKG plugs. In today's world this is no longer necessary, sockets should be compatible with every plug type

Very easy hotel, good facilities, central and good transportation options.

They don't offer turn down service, which it's expected from a 5* hotel. The area is ok, but not amazing in term of places to go (restaurants, shops...)

The view from the pool and the bedroom was the highlight of Hong Kong. Loved watching the 8 pm light show from the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed a problem.

Conveniently located between 2 subway stations, clean rooms, nice staff. Definitively a good alternative to stay in HK for business or leisure.

Clean and good location

One of the staff members at the bar in the lobby was rude, but it’s not a big deal. Just felt unwelcome.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and assisted us with an earlier check in . Club lounge was fantastic and service excellent.

So the property has a magnificent view of Victoria, Harbor, and of the Hong Kong skyline. You are on the center of the Kowloon city area with all kinds of things to do and places to eat around you! It’s a few minutes walk to a fantastic science museum, especially for kids. If you stay at this hotel, definitely ask for the concierge named Nestor Chu. He’s a fantastic asset a really pleasant person and can provide a great history of both the hotel, it’s a giant living nature wall, and surrounding things to visit and see. He’s also a Lakers fan.

The interior is nice with lots of space and places to rest. Mini bar is fully stocked with a wide range of drinks catered for different tastes.

Good views, which is why i chose the suite

I stayed for one night and paid for the most expensive suite available. We didnt get access to our room until almost 6pm. By this time, i discovered that the curtains werent working properly! And so we had people in the room trying to fix it for another hour.I had to argue to get a late checkout until 3pm the next day and had such a horrible time arguing with the manager on duty!!!! To be treated as such when i paid for an expensive room is not a 5star experience!

Attentive, friendly staff

A little bit further out from Nathan Rd than I expected, making for a long trek from the A21 bus from the airport, but did make for some great walks though in general.

every single interaction I had with the staff, no matter how big or small was met with a smile and the utmost professionalismI had some small requests during my stay like ordering flowers, the concierge went above and beyond to help this happen, even getting me a better deal than what I asked forI absolutely loved my stay here, I want to come back to Hong Kong in large part due to the great experience with this hotel
