The welcoming staff the front office i would like to thank Hugo from front disk he was so helpful and nice to us. The facility , restaurants and the mall just a step away from the hotel.

Only thing we didn’t like was the fragrance that permeated the building — but we’re not fans of room fragrance in any form

great hotel. with wonderful staff and jaw-dropping views.

However, be warned that we missed out on a lot of the facilities included with the room due to the hotel being at high capacity and not being informed that we had to book everything within the hotel in advance. This included the limousine drop-off, access to the Ozone bar, and access to the conference/pool room. I understand these things happen, but at these costs, I would have appreciated some warning.

My stay at the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong was like out of this world. Exceptional service, spacious room with breathtaking view and everything was just perfect. Thank you even for the little surprise - a birthday cake, which make my birthday even more special.

Ritz is Ritz. It is a high luxury hotel.

Furniture and facilities need renovation. Cigarets smell in corridors (strong) and in room (light). That’s not what you expect from that kind of hotel.

Stunning In all aspects… big thumbs up to the club lounge team especially our concierge Corinne ! Also great to meet with Adam at the Ozone… with delicious tailor made cocktails. Everything was flawless… we got treated like kings and this experience will stay in my memories forever…

The hotel is truly unique. First of all, it is only possible to stay on the 110th floor in this hotel. The views from the room are magnificent. The breakfasts are excellent. I would especially like to note the service. All hotel employees fulfill your request quickly and with great pleasure. The cleanliness is perfect. The cleaning was beyond praise. Every day we were given some small compliments. The restaurants are certainly expensive, but there is an affordable buffet. The bed, mattress and bed linen are very comfortable. Wi-fi worked at high speed throughout the entire hotel.

During our stay the swimming pool was not working and we were offered a swimming pool in the neighboring building. But this little thing did not spoil the impression of the hotel.

Rooms and location.

Breakfast service in the lounge is incredibly chaotic and a little unsafe.

Location was great. Right above the Metro and shopping centre.Large rooms for Hong Kong On floor 112, so great views.

With the hotel reception on floor 103 and the hotel rooms above that, it took sometime to get to your room, including the change of lifts.

Everything, mostly the very attentive staff. I want to especially thank Helen for all her help during our stay!

The NYE party at ozone was chaotic to say the list, tons of people did not allow for a good celebration.

Checking in. They were apologetic but then overlooked us and checked in a couple that came in after us.

This hotel was very impressive, from the entrance to the room. It is 10 stars hotel. The workers at the entrance are very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. A lady will guide you to the elevator, and then at reception, well-trained staff handle your booking efficiently. I was upgraded to a room for a small charge, but the view was marvelous. The room was clean, with a great atmosphere, unique design, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The food is excellent, and everyone is made to feel welcome. The service experience is unforgettable—something that can't be easily described. In Hong Kong, no hotel is better than the Ritz-Carlton. When I return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nothing, nothing all great

I was extremely satisfied with the overall service at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, all the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Cherry Yeung at the front desk and the spa staff. Thanks to their professionalism and care, I was able to create wonderful memories during my business trip to Hong Kong. Once again, thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Room was well appointed and very comfortable.The gym and spa were exceptional.The restaurants and room service food was of a very high standard.

More time at the hotel....but that was our problem, not yours!

Rooms, view, services everything is perfect. One of the best hotel i have ever stayed in Hongkong, will comeback for sure. Breakfast was really good also.

Beautiful view of the city, lovely rooms, delicious breakfast, and a high level of service and comfort. The Michelin-star restaurants were amazing. The view from the bar or during breakfast is simply breathtaking. Overall, a very successful visit, with a well-designed spa and gym area.

The spa is relatively expensive for the service provided, and the hotel lacks a proper lobby where you can sit and relax. You have to wait in the bar or on the ground floor, which doesn’t give the same feeling of being inside the hotel. Additionally, I feel that the room finishes could be improved, considering the price level.

Great landscape and interior design

The perfume in the hallway is way too strong and sweet. I was sneezing every time stepped into the corridor.

The service staff deserves special praise and attention, they are really great professionals. So dedicated to their duties, its just so motivating even for me.

I expected that for an extra fee I would get a much better view. However, the view was great on the bay, but the city was not visible at all. Although you have rooms that perfectly combine both the city and the bay view. Its time to renew the swimming pool area, it doesnt feel fresh. Breakfasts do not take into account the taste preferences of guests from Central Asia
