AKI is a beautifully designed hotel with a quiet, calming atmosphere that feels like a true retreat within the city. The interiors are elegant and minimal, the rooms are thoughtfully laid out, and everything feels intentional and refined.Service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, and the overall experience felt seamless from start to finish. A wonderful place to stay in Hong Kong — we would happily return. Paul at the front desk was particuarly wonderful, thank you Paul!

The hotel is well located, with easy access to the Wan Chai and Exhibition Centre MTR stations. It’s very convenient for commuting if you’re here for work or sightseeing.The staff are friendly and very helpful. Many thanks to Vincent for his attention to detail and thoughtful check-in experience.

Location was smack in middle of Wanchai, close to shops and offices. Breakfast was hearty, and staff accommodated most requests.There's so much to eat.

Room size while minimal was functional and storage was ample.There isn't a work desk, only a small C shaped platform. Nor was there a comfy seat, only a bench with a cushion on it.

The workers at the reception were super kind and helpful with us. The room was great, amazing views!

It was not in central area, but good to feel the locals a bit more.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms may be small, but they are very comfortable, well-designed, and nicely maintained. The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Breakfast was really good!

Being a new hotel, the interiors were nice, aesthetically pleasing but functionally compromised

Quite small. No power points on bedside table, no writing desk, no chair to comfortably sit on but only a bench. The small C table also easily tumbles. Can hardly hear the other person on the other end of the phone. I also requested for a plug adaptor and after an hour had to call again because it was not still brought to my room. There was no toothbrush, shaver, comb, etc… except for the bottled soap, shampoo and conditioners

Conveniently located near the Wan Chai train station and close to a bus stop, this is a good option for tourists.The room is well designed for storage and has modern amenities.

The hotel was well designed with minimalist style. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

The minimalist style of the hotel was a bit much that they didn’t have any power outlet at all next to the bed, we had to run a power cable extension from the kitchen for it. The hotel location is okay, but a bit far from MTR.

Location was excellent, as was the staff - especially the check-in with Vincent and concierge services with Henry. The room was a good size for two persons and had nice touches.

Mr. Henry Koo was very friendly to help me with luggage and take me to the bus station.

Coffee at breakfast was only good on the first day, which is lower than my expectations for hotels at this standard.

Worst guest experience ever! Paid so much for the stay but the values I got was nothing. I got treated super badly by front desk receptionists. Disgusting!

Receptionist at dront desk is disrespectful, mean, massive bad attitude toward me, hostile, I paid so much but to be treated like that sucks! Never stay there again. Dont book here!

Very nice and modern hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The room was clean and had a great view. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The room lacked a place where you could place the luggage. Also there was no real wardrobe to store clothes.

The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. I would have loved for the room to be provided with a safe deposit box for convenience and mental comfort, although the area around the hotel was safe and there were staff in the reception area 24/7.

If there is one thing I could suggest to the management of the hotel, maybe provide some chairs or high stools for the staff at the reception counter. It must be quite tiring for them to have to stand all day behind an open counter even during the times when there were no guests checking in or out.

I love Japanese toilet - actually this is my number one reason I picked this hotel. The room is cozy, well cleaned and the bed is comfortable. Love the vibe as well.

The room could be a little bigger at the fare price. The experience with the gentleman at the reception desk when I checked in could be better. I arrived late at night...1AM he was professional all right, every conversation we had was fair. He also asked, if I need help with luggage. But if he could be more friendly like smile or relax with his tone, that could made my good impressions of arrival after I had a long day.

Modern and clean hotel in a very central location.

As many other places in Hong Kong, the rooms are very small. For the price, we were expecting a bit more space, but that was good for a short trip.
