Service was a bit disappointing overall Front line staff was good (check in desk, bell boys, etc) but the restaurant and bar staff were all fairly disappointing!

Great location, just 5 minutes to Star Ferry. Polite staff, good service, great breakfast. Phenomenal lounge outside 11st floor , room meet all expectations. Gym excellent . One of the best 5 star Hotels in HGK.

The breakfast is good.

Lack of maintenance. The room is smelly. I can’t believe I pay this much but using the wall mounted body soap and shampoo.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is outstanding. The staff were extremely professional & Concierge was quite helpful. The Buffet Breakfast was one of the best ever. We also used the Club which had sweeping views of Victoria Harbor & Stunning City Skyline. Our rooms also had the same sweeping views. It was indeed a memorable stay.

They hotel needs a bit of remodeling.

Location is great. Beautiful view of the bay. Staff are very helpful and courteous. We stayed in a club room. Very convenient. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is fantastic!

Location is slightly off Wan Chai but walking distance. You can walk to the busy area of Wan Chai easily within 10mins. Typical 5 star hotel with superb service and conceirge were very helpful and prompt. Rooms are decently huge for HongKong and amenities are great. Pretty huge drop-off point, great for all weathers.

Design is slightly dated but classic. Gym is outdated and deserve a refreshed equipment and look.

The location was exceptional. The room was great. The Breakfast in the Club was also very good and the staff were very friendly.

Unpleasant at all

Nothing the building was very old and the room design is very uncomfortable,,very small with to much things inside especially the big large table in the corner! Around the building many construction u can’t walk with strollers.. the breakfast area was miserable too dark.. and the room lighting was the same not clear at all

No direct connection to subway. Construction and busy roads surrounding property.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Hong Kong was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations. Maybe the hotel can consider more options for breakfast at club area.

Great location and ease of getting transportation - Taxi or Uber. Room is comfortable even it's interior design is a bit antiquated. I opt. for the Harbour View room and it's well worth the extra dollar. Champagne Bar with live music is a nice night cap before returning to our room.

The room was not quite expected as a 5 star hotel. It should be more modernized and high level.

The room size is great. Very comfortable. Very well designed. The buffet breakfast is amazing. $400HK is expensive but you can try so many local and international food. The location is very convenient.

Great food. Professional and responsible staff. High level of service, proper for true 5 star.

Room was considerably old. Signs of wear here and there. Big issue with AC. It was set for 20 with max fan though during the night room become hot and humidity raised, that i was sweating under the blanket. For me this is a big issues since i was waking up both nights. Maybe this relates to my room only, maybe general issue. For me this is critical when you pay 500$+ per night.
