Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay By IHG

The location and size of the room. It’s walking distance to eateries and shops.

Convenient location. Staff are courteous and friendly. Hotel room maintenance service request was done timely . Front desk staff were helpful and efficient with our check in and checkout services.

i have visited hong kong for about 20times for the business trip crown plaza was best hotel has excellent service & big room and bathroom like 5 star hotel. great view on happy valley top floor bar food also great.

Great hotel! Excellent location. Imperial Treasure best Chinese food in HK. Staff was incredible and outstanding. I needed 25 photos scanned and cropped to JPEG format allowing me to put together a slideshow for a grieving family to show at a funeral.

Location excellent, room clean and lovely. Breakfast good, coffee good.

Can't say there was anything

Location , room size , staff

All was perfect

Nice hotel in great location, good breakfast and friendly staff

WiFi was not working about half the time during a 4 day visit. I went to desk and got help and a half hour it would be gone. My wife and another friend traveling with me had same problem

Very nice attention from the staff and floor manager for my daughter bday. We very appreciated the special care

I did not use their breakfast because the location was so convenient to many local restaurants nearby. My room has a great partial mountain view and is near the metro and shopping area. The room is a bit smaller than expected, but other than that, the staffs are very accommodating. I love their hot water dispenser in the room for making tea to drink. Excellent location for tourists if visiting Hong Kong.

Breakfast was good with variety of choices. Location - easy access to metro and shops.

The bed and beddings are very comfortable. Kevin, the lobby receptionist is very respectful and accommodating.

It is not within the causeway shopping district.

Convenient location, good food and very good staff. Good sized room

Decor is abit old.

Great Location, Good size rooms, helpful staff, the rooftop bar and pool are nice as well. We had connecting rooms which was very easy with kids.

Facilities , service and staff were all superb ! Room was large and well equipped, extremely comfortable bed . Roof top bar was fabulous and staff superb.

Clean, comfortable bed

- Be aware! This hotel charges HK$12 per page to print a document while all other hotels around the world did that for us free of charge.- Most of the staff at the Lounge and Breakfat room had shown very cold faces all the time which had made uninviting atmostphere to us. Even when we smiled, said thank you and goodbye on the way out (leaving the room), many staff said bye back with cold faces without even looking at us.

Location is great! Our room was upgraded, and it was wonderful! Curtains open on electricity button. We had two bathrooms and a reception area. It was amazing! Breakfast had a good variety. Location was great. a few-minute walk from Times Square. Supermarkets and restaurants around. We had access to the Club 28 lounge, which was also great. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

Beddings are super comfy, awesome location. Carpet is a a bit old and spotted.

The hotel is at the best location in terms of shopping and nearby areas. Area is safe, seven eleven opp the hotel. The hotel restaurants are also good. The staff is helpful. Very clean hotel. We had the best new year celebration at the roof top which was very cozy less crowded and best view of the fireworks.

Swimming pool is ok

location was good - the family enjoyed the many shopping options nearby kind and helpful staff - accommodated late check-outgood breakfast choices clean facilities but overall the hotel feels a bit old and could benefit from a refurb

the rooms feel a bit tired and old - a refurbishment would helproom was small ; and cold -(and the A/C was not very user friendly to adjust/operate)

The hotel is located in the city, near to MTR train station, very convenient and easily assess to food and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my stay.

There's leakage in the bathroom.
