The front desk staff are helpful and polite . Housekeeping was respectful when handling my belongings and left everything neat and tidy . Room was clean and comfortable and not stuffy. Location was excellent . Easy access to transportation and food.

Water was slow to drain down during shower .

The staff was very friendly, and helpful.. Great food choices on site. Location is excellent. Easy to find.

Benches in hotel lobby are very dirty. There were hairs in the bathtub toilet paper in toilet bowl when I got into my room. My husband called the room service to complain. They haven't really improved during my stay.

The location is convenient, directly connected to a shopping mall and close to restaurants and shops, which makes it easy to find things nearby.

The hotel feels old and outdated, the rooms are very small and not worth the price, and even the lobby feels dark and depressing. While the property is connected to a mall, the layout makes it confusing and not very easy to access on foot.

Fantastic location. Able to visit anywhere in HK. Great restaurants and entertainment options for whole family.

Going to ground floor needs to take another lift.

The harbor view from the 22nd floor was OK, if a bit distant. A large part of the harbor view is blocked by a massive neon DAIKIN sign. The neighborhood was interesting to explore, and it was nice having the K11 mall attached.

The hotel blocked 10,000 HKD for a 3-night stay when the total price was only 7000 HKD. My main issue is that I was not informed at check-in of this, and a 1000 HKD/night deposit strikes me as exorbitant. The remaining 3000 HKD (500 USD) will take 3 weeks to be returned to my card.

The location is at the MTR station which is very convenient to get around the city. Shopping & dining are closed by.

A booking thru Booking.com application cannot be counted as a Hyatt membership. I waste 3 nights this time. Please coordinate between each other.

We checked jn at 1230pm but since it was early, the reception staff just processed fhe check in and advised us that our room will be ready by 230pm which was with us. We can get the key by then. We came back at around 4pm and were surprised that checking in was taking longer than usual and were even more surprised when we were told that the room was not ready. The staff was not even apologetic when she said this. I told them that that was unacceptable since we were told earlier that the room would be available by 230pm and regular check in starts at 3pm. We were given a room which was supposedly bigger than what we reserved like we were supposed to be thankful for the upgrade but getting us a room was just what they had to do.

The staff could have been more helpful and had little customer service experience for a hotel of this standard. Room and comfort was very poor. Expected so much more. Definitely the poorest hotel I’ve stayed in my trips to Asia. No one helped us either the luggage on arrival or departure! Bags left near shopping entrance where anyone could have accessed them! We asked if there was somewhere to shower and change as we had a late flight and we were only offered the toilet. I found the whole experience of a very low standard and no personal touch added to this hotel . I would not recommend and would definitely not return. Would expect much better for this type of hotel. The room was so cold on arrival and very basic either no personal touch . It resembled a hostel and was very unwelcoming. We received no help or service from any of the staff during our stay.
