The hotel surpassed our expectations. If I knew the hotel is so beautiful I would have booked more days there. The hotel is well design, clean, and has great view of the ocean, if you have the ocean view.

This hotel is great for getaway vacation because it's located in a scenic ocean area. However because of this location, it's also means you are far away from main shopping and night entertainments. This might not be a negative depends on what you want.

The location in Sai Kung was excellent. Easy to get anywhere in Hong Kong with the excellent local bus services only an 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. The firm mattress bed was very comfortable. The staff were always very helpful. The room was quiet and spacious. Easy to get to some great hiking trails. I enjoyed the view from the pool.

Lovely property, in a very nice quiet location

Big rooms and great view of the harbour and the surrounding area. If you want somewhere nice and quiet and relaxing to stay this is the place for you.

Convenient location to visit Sai kung, to hike, to go to the beach, to sai kung pier and seafood street. Comfortable room and bed and the room is quite beautiful.

The bathroom shower door leaks water out. Pool is pretty cool set at 20C for 20-24C outdoor temperature and no shade. It was colder then the water in the ocean that day. Pool view is beautiful, too bad it cant be enjoyed for very long.

A nice hotel in Sai Kung is of course great in itself. The building is modern, clean and nicely done, the rooms while not big provide enough space and good layout with balcony. Breakfast is good, not more not less.

Very HK style a lot of emphasis on building and design, but lack of the intangible stuff that makes your stay great. The staff wasn't specifically friendly or welcoming, the room had no "big" (as in regular size) bath towels, just small ones, and the bathrobes were really small (barely covering my elbows). The breakfast is good but in line with 4 stars not outstanding. So overall good stay, but I just hoped a bit more out of it and the finer details could be improved.

Hotel is well situated and the staff very attentive and helpful

Booked a room with sea view that was not worth the premium paid to upgrade. Room was next door to car park and school which was the bulk of the view. I did ask at reception and they showed me another room which was not much better.

Great location and nice large rooms. The pool was lovely! Breakfast was good.

The pool hours were too short. The pool didn’t open until 9 and then closed from 11:45-1 and then was closed for the day at 6pm. Also- the breakfast hours were also short and you had to book a reservation spot. There seemed to be so many rules and not a lot of flexibility.

Overall the hotel promised more than it delivered. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and the rooms are incredibly small. The gym and sauna had no lockers available for guests, only outside members so you had to leave your clothes on the usually wet floor.

Quite environment but still close to Sai Kung downtown!

Breakfast buffet only has 2 periods for reservation! 07:00 n 08:30 sounds too early for a resort! Suggest add 3rd session at 09:00 or even 09:30 for flexibility! Personally like more leisure n relax to enjoy the hotel service in general! Thank you!

Tge hairdryer was broken and was replaced with another broken haurdryer

This is our second time we stayed here. As we were staying 2 weeks they kindly upgraded our room to a garden room which was really kind.

The location is superb, walking distance to the centre of the town, but the hotel is on the ocean,close to the beach and very quiet. Beautiful view from the room, and good sized room. Also have to mention the hotel design is of a very high standard.

Good facilities, clean, comfortable, friendly staff & good value for money.

Room was smaller than ones provided on previous stays. Sky Tower wasn’t in a preferable position. The other 2 towers are better located. It would have been useful to have had the toiletries adjacent to the bath & not just by the sink & shower. The filtered water tap would be better off positioned over the sink, to prevent spillages.

Can’t fault the whole experience! Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff Everyone had a smile for us and there was a calm atmosphere about the place even in busy times.We were lucky enough to stay for 8 nights in a beautiful upgraded room overlooking the waterfront with a lovely balcony. Not only is it a fabulous place to stay but the surrounding area feels so safe and it’s just a short and pleasant walk into town!

Absolutely nothing!

The room has a very good sea view. The blinds are very good and thoughtfully designed.

The coffee cups are too small in the room.

Hard to locate the guest rooms, access card required everywhere, charging for toothbrush because it has single use plastics - not sustainable
