The staff are accommodating and even the Manager took his time to engage in conversation with us. He gave us freebies too. The place is clean and the rooms are spacious.

Easy short walk to Wan Chai subway station. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Room size was large. Housekeeping rang everyday to ask when they could make up the room... they never called until lunch, so I thought this was considerate and a bonus they were keen to clean daily. The room was perfectly cleaned each time.

My non smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. Even with the air freshner I requested it could barely cover it. I sprayed the room everyday but it just couldn't cover the smell. Not amazing for a 'non-smoking room'. Pool is tiny and was closed for two days of my four day stay due to a typhoon (that never happened). The gym is crazy small, don't waste your time. The nearby 24/7 gym is huge and has everything (fill in the online free visit). The wait to check in was long due to a large group checking in before me so I'll cut the staff some slack for that. The breakfast at the hotel is only adequate.

I’ve been staying at Hotel Indigo Hong Kong for years, and this certainly wasn’t my first visit — every time I return, it feels just as special as the first. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable.What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff — incredibly helpful, professional, and always smiling. Their warm attitude makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The rooftop pool is a great place to unwind, and the rooftop bar offers stunning views of the Hong Kong skyline — a real highlight of every stay.I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Indigo to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and unforgettable views. The location was perfect.

The shower / bathroom area is inconvenient - water gets everywhere.The flooring in the room is very dated.

Great location close to metro line so easy access to both Kowloon and Hong Kong. Staff were friendly and always happy to help

It would be good to make the toilet door full height as there is no privacy when using the bathroom

Pleasant staff but Gluten free needs not very well catered for.

Better gluten free provision for breakfast.

Rooms are well designed and appointed. I stayed here about 5 years ago and the room are still in great condition and have not dated.

Disappointing

Considering the location ( a bit far from the centre) , the facilities ( pool closed , micro - reception , small gym , extremely slow elevators ), and what was included jn the fare ( over 250 euro a night and not even breakfast included ) in the end I found the hotel definitely overpriced - won’t come back again

The location is very near Wan Chai Market great for those food fanatics to see what locals buy and eat. And the hotel is only a short walk to MTR Wan Chai station.

Great location. Very convenient and close to Wan Chai MTR and to great restaurants. Room was bigger than other hotels in Hong Kong too. The staff was also very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay (:

The staff is very polite, nice, patient and helpful.Especially Assistant Guest Services Manager Nelson Hui and his team. Although I am from Hong Kong but left quite a long time. So a lot of new places never been and they told me how to go there. The restaurants staff is very good and patient to explain different types of breakfast.Last, housekeeping they done a very good job to clean the room and everyday refill all the necessary stuff in the room.

If the air conditioning can adjust the temperature is much better coz we went there is winter. But the room cant change. It's a little bit made my husband is not happy.

Clean and beautifully designed. Mega comfy bed and quiet.

No view at all but it’s smack in the midst of great food in Wan chai so guess it’s a toss up

Great location, v near MTR. Great eats nearby. Clean room, quiet, cosy. Friendly staff.

Toilet set up is inconvenient to use. Lights control is a bit confusing.

Big quiet room

Gym was too small. TV picture was terrible.

Lovely comfortable stay in the heart of the city. ideal if you are working from the apartment of using as a base.

I know space is a premium but would be good to add weights facilities to the gym and maybe a sauna / cold plunge?
