Room is small, but it's quiet normal for Hong Kong

Great location. Near to MTR and walking distance to many eateries. Friendly receptionists. Hotel is quite new and clean.

Hotel is clean, new and comfortable. Location is perfect, near to MTR station. Staff is very friendly. Generally we are satisfied with our stay here.

The location was great, very central. Just a short walk to Yau ma tei station. Many options for food around. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The receptionist, LC, was very nice and made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveller. All the staff spoke quite good English.

Bed was a bit hard for my liking.

No breakfast included. Should have allowed early checkin in at no cost.. :( unless is late check out..

Sound proofing can be better??

Hotel located is 2 short blocks from train station entrance, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Firm bed mattress and the place is clean.

The room is very small. the bed one side is next to a wall. the desk has no drawer to place your clothings. your clothing either out in the open on your bed or stay in your luggage. the room only a stool for one person to can sit it other than the bed. You must close the bathroom door before and after shower otherwise it may trigger fire alarm and will cost you 500 HK$ deposit.

Wifi connection in Room was not that great

Location is great, close to MRT, at the top of the Temple St Market, and some really good local restaurants. Rooms are compact but that’s HK! Has everything you need within east reach. Staff were very friendly.

Limited space to stash luggage, so if 2 people in the room, expect to trip over each other and your luggage.

Good location, Near Yau Ma Tei MRT Station. Clean rooms. Plenty of hot water.

The reception staff lack good English skills. Seem confused on simple requests. Perhaps a sign HK is no longer Asia's World City.No complimentary water, tea or coffee provided. No kettle but there is a hair dryer provided however.

AC a little bit noisy, although it is quite new.

The air conditioning is very bad. I set it to the coolest settings but the room was still like a sauna. The room was also filthy with hair and bugs in the room. The room was not sound-proof. You can hear noises from the rooms nearby very clearly.
