Conrad Hong Kong

Location. View. Good restaurants.access to public transportation.

Staff is trying to serve too many people. Good staff. Just overloaded. Missed details because they did not have time to get to them.

Location and staff

Shower head in the stand up shower.

Ambiance. Service. Restaurants. Etc. A 10 plus rating! Will definitely stay here again!

Fast check-in and fast check out.The breakfast was good and diverse. The 6 Lifts were very efficient.

The breakfast area could get congested at certain times. Of course it is not possible to physically enlarge the current breakfast area.

excellent location at Pacific Place, diligent and friendly staff, food at Brasserie maintains its standard but too bad Nicolini is closed.

dated room that looked exactly the same from 20 years ago with outdated power outlets/power control for today's devices and very inefficient elevator system - even with 6 elevators, the average waiting time was 5-10 minutes coming down, overall facilities while clean looks poorly maintained i.e. The elevator buttons were dimly lit and difficult to see. quite expensive for a dated hotel, premium is for the excellent location

The staff are professional, room was very spacious, cleaned and faced the sea side, beautiful scenery.Location is perfect, close to the central business district.Comfortable bed and pillows. Just think to enhance the facilities to the guests, to provide fresh fruits in the guests rooms on daily basis.

The light buttons are hidden at the side of small table next to the bed.

Location, breakfast, service

The hotel was a short walk to Victoria Peak tram, and Hong Kong Park, as well as downtown. Perfect area for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel had several restaurants and breakfast buffet was wonderful!

Nothing to report

53rd floor Harbor view. Room very comfortable.Golden Leaf restaurant was good, but pricey!Staff very accommodating. Nice lobby cafe to relax in and wind down from visiting sites of Hong Kong!

?

Beautiful property right in the central area. View of the water from our room. Good breakfast buffet.

Very firm mattress. Woke up achy each morning. Squeaky bathroom door - if one person got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the other person woke up too. Asked for this to be fixed, but it never was. Central location, but difficult to walk anywhere due to highway system around the hotel. There are passageways to other buildings, but maps apps are of little value inside buildings.

Room needs renovation, poor design, lighting etc.

LocationStaff

Room outdated, poor lighting, poor design, opening and closing the curtain is a struggleElevators always overcrowded and long waitBreakfast mediocre

Location very central. Property is very clean. Responsive staff.

Ver good facilities and great location

Slow elevators, breakfast was good but can improve on variety and service

Even though the principal room where breakfast is normally served was being renovated, the hotel made two locations available for breakfast and didn't miss a beat. I particularly liked the breakfast on the 8th floor - nice view and comfortable.

Great location above Pacific Place in Central.Breakfast in the rooftop club gives amazing views over to Kowloon. The staff were incredibly friendly. There is a big gym which is very well set out.

Nothing springs to mind.

I have been staying at Conrad Hotel for the last 28 years and it still my favorite place

The elevators … too slow

Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. Room was very comfy, spacious, and had a beautiful mountain view

My booking was canceled by Booking as I was told by hotel staff.

Location, connected to a shopping mall, very good breakfast, kind service

Very small pool and spa area as compared to the Shangri La next door.

There was a pillow menu, but no pillows except what was in the room, pointless.Shower head very old and doesn't vary.
