The workspace in the room was small, and the chair was not comfortable for work use. Also could use more closet space for a 5-day sray.

The mirror in the bedroom is tinted so you can’t use it applying makeup! The room is quite small that you can’t open two suitcases at once!

Breakfast was limited with options which was okay as the quality and speed with service was great. Location was perfect for work or leisure.

Room size was too small and made any time within the room left feeling uncomfortable and claustrophobic.

Central, very clean, staff very well trained outgoing and ready for help and service.both Italian and Japanese fusion restaurants were very good, delicious food, good wine menu.

The location is central though a bit walking distance from both metros

The mirror in the washroom has a sink in front so hard to get close to put makeup. The mirror in the bedroom is tinted so hard to see n put make up on. I was provided with a magnifying mirror but still no use bc of poor lighting. I won’t stay again bc of this main reason. Otherwise the staffs etc are very good. It’s the design flaw without thinking the needs of older visitors! Thx

The breakfast was very good. We also had brunch there, and it was also quite good. Very stylish place with proper art and thought for details.

There could have been more plant based options at breakfast. The property was quite expensive.

Great style and decor - wonderful views from the corner room - pleasant staff who invariably greet you with a smile, small but cool gym and lovely marble in the bathrooms.

Better storage for luggage so the ground floor entrance is not filled with bags. Having a staircase that links the ground floor with recption

The hotel was located in Wan Chai and a short walk from the MTR. Overall, it was a good central location, making it super accessible to most places. Overall, the facilities were great.

However, the walk to the hotel is not sheltered so it will be challenging if it rains. If you are getting private transport like Uber, it does take a while as the traffic is quite heavy in this area.

The toilet bathroom is a bit small.

Hari Hong is a beautiful hotel in the Wan Chai area of HK. It is very well situated for trams/trains & buses. Rooms are very modern & staff are excellent.

We found it very odd that we had to pay a fee for toiletries in the room. It was minimal but was annoying to be told at check in that it had to be added. Just include it in the overall price & be transparent

I never understand why in a hotel with travellers from all over the world the outlets are not multi-plug. With every traveller having at least one to 4 electronic devices that requires charging having outlets that accommodate any plug is a must nowadays.Not a big fan of the now bathroom lay-out, it’s okay but still prefer a full bathroom.

The lounge area is chill, good service and food. The porters and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.

Had to change my room on the first night due to bed bugs - I woke up with bites and itching all over my body. The reception staff took photos of the bites on my skin and agreed to change the room for us. The new rooms were marginally better but still gave us itches. Also, you could see that rooms aren’t really cleaned properly. The bed heads have a heavy layer of dust collected on them indicative of a lack of regular cleaning. My room was missing basic things - for example no tissues in the tissue box and room service are impossible to get a hold of. Moreover, this hotel does not have 24 hour room service which is extremely inconvenient for jet lagged travelers traveling through different time zones. Although the staff were apologetic about the bed bugs, the bites on my skin, they fell short of doing the right thing like comping the first night’s stay or offering a discount to the final bill which is pretty unbelievable considering how many bites were all over my arms.
