The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean. A bit small, but we know that. The website clearly stated the room size.

I like the rooms facing a cricket ball field, making the view wide open. The staff are friendly, nice greeting every time.

Very good experience

I liked the lobby and the whole vibe about it. Rooms did get cleaned out daily, the bathrooms were the nicest part about the room.

Our pillows smelled very weird like a very intense spice. Thought it’s the covers but turns out it’s the duck feather in the pillow. Hotel changed it for us once the problem became clear. The room’s could be a bit bigger but I guess small rooms are normal in Hong Kong. If it’s your first time staying in Hong Kong and you want the “local” side of it then stay in this hotel. If you want more Western modern vibes stay on the other side of Hong Kong.

The room was excellent, well equipped and very comfortable. We had the corner room 702 overlooking a sports complex. Location was a short walk from lots of pubs, restaurants and shopping. Jordan MTR station was just a few minutes walk. Taxis were available outside the hotel most of the time.

I booked a quiet room on a high floor with a great view and got what I wanted.

The only issue is if you have a neighbour who is inconsiderate and doesn't know how to quietly close a door. My neighbour was noisy coming in at 2230 and again when he left at 0320. The hotel should invest in soft-close hinges so doors cannot be slammed.

Spectacularly convenient location; most friendly, efficient and customer friendly staff, anything you might need is right here. I am stuck here due to a typhoon 10 in Hong Kong. There's hardly a better place in Hong Kong where one could be as a tourist. "Luxury stuck".

The staff at reception are working in the most minimal of space. Give them more room please :-).

Good location with a large choice of restaurants around and a 7/11. Drinkable water dispenser in the corridors.The check-in was fast and they kindly sent us a printed letter when our booked driver could not get hold of us on the phone.

The cleanliness was much to be desired. Found hairs near the beds, bathroom floor was not vaccuum first day. We would have appreciated self service laundry and common rooms where we could chill and hang around.

The elevator: you have to tap the key card for a while, until the light turns green (not so good for impatient people)

We liked the location and staff however the rooms are rather small. We knew that before so not dissatisfied with that. Please take that into consideration.

Location was great, near TST and near MTR to go anywhere. The staff was very nice and helpful and the bar is really nice as a workplace, chat to friends and the food is good.

The location is perfect: close to Tsim Sha TsuiThe facilities are exceptional: the bed is comfy, easy access wi-fi, drip coffee is superb. Extra points for air purifier in the room.The staffs are friendly and polite.

Very good position in the city center close to metro station. No smoking hotel. Free water always available.

Most of the staffs are friendly and helpful. Although some of them without smiling faces, they are experienced. The performance of most of them can meet the level of 5 stars hotel. Amazing experience in a 4 stars hotel.

First when I reached to my assigned room, the room is super smelly like the smell of people sweating for a long time. I returned to reception at once, the staff arranged me another one immediately without hesitation and willing to accompany to me for collecting those of my suitcases I left in the smelly room. However, he didn't help me to take those luggages to the rearranged room. Although it's not perfect and has the room to improve, such behaviors still reach the standard to a 4 stars hotel since it's really not a 5 stars one. I can't expect too much.

great location, nice room, helpful staff, clean

The staff were fantastic ! So helpful and welcoming . Our room was perfect and we had an amazing breakfast from the cafe . It was a great location within walking distance of great restaurants, cafes and transport . The staff helped us with our luggage into a taxi and waved us off with a smile !

Reception desk is on the far end corner after entering the hotel, a little bit inconvenience.

Tiramisu is good! The room could be a little small but is fine if you are staying on your own. If is a queen bed, i hope the hotel don’t combine two single bed and make it into a queen bed because is not comfortable and you can’t sleep in the middle.
