It was difficult to get anywhere. I thought there was a free shuttle. Not the case At All

The place is really nice. We had a very nice and clean room. The staff were accomodating and always smile. Its just that the breakfast serves too late if you want to start your activity early.

The room was nice and spacious.The location was pleasant with a nice beach right outside. Only a ferry trip away from the centre.

This hotel appears fraudulent. They do not have control of their booking system, if rooms are paid for or not.When I booked this hotel I had to pay in advance some time before the trip. That is not a problem. The problem is arriving late here and being forced to pay Again eventhough it was already paid for. She claimed it wasn't, and pretended like nothing when demanding to charge my card before giving me the key.As she, against my will and me protesting, tried repeatedly to charge my card again, the card was not working there eventhough minutes before at another place it did, and my worries increased how much these two days were gonna cost us, and Why we were forced to pay twice.After some angry emails on my part, to this economically incomentent establishment, and contacting Booking.com who was just about to make a case of it, I got money back, after almost two weeks. And a Lower amount than what I paid!! What a Shitplace from hell. Do Not stay here unless you want to be ripped off.

ITS BEEN 3 MONTH AND THEY DID RETURN MY 2000 SECURITY DEPOSIT! NOW THEY ARE NOT REPLYING TO MY MESSAGE, THEY SCAM MY MONEY

- Friendly staff.- Good shower.- Reliable wifi.- Breakfast included - decent.

- Very cold in corridor.- A bit tricky to get to if you arrive in the middle of the night.- Costly compare to those located centrally.- No stair access to ground floor!? Very busy during the weekend when a lot of visitors to Noah's Ark exhibition.

The location is not too far from Disneyland which was the main purpose of staying there. Family rooms are spacious.

The area not very accessible and Ubers cant go in. When you arrive late the whole area is locked and dark and its quite a walk from the taxi drop off zone - not convenient with kids and luggage. The breakfast buffet is at a minimum but the few dishes they have are ok.

A little bit isolated but not as hard to get to as first thought.

Transportation to and from the hotel was a little daunting at first, but was not that difficult once we worked out where the buses were.

Its not ideal hotel for Disneyland.metro is far, taxi also very expensive.hotel did not provide water.though 3 sockets were there,they closed 2 sockets and gave one socket, for laptop charging, hair dryer.i and kettles it possible to lik tht.very inconvenience. Outside balcony not safe,any one frm adjacent rooms can .come.safty is questionable.After coming to india,one credit card and gold earrings missing.it was there in last hotel.not worth fr money.hv to walk long fr hotel

taxi call service and 1-2 day bus ticket service should be. Also fitness room and water pool should be developed.

Family oriented. Has a very nice children’s play corner in the room. Excellent room decor. spacious room, with 2 bathrooms. lovely breakfast.

transportation to the property

the hotel location is nice, with beach, park nearby, just 10 mintes bus off the city, the environment quiet and peaceful, feels like holiday. The old resident area has convenience shops and restaurant, i.e. Coffee on the Sand, the Turkish style taste nice.

as a *** hotel, the facilities is so poor. 1. there is a master light switch only, if you go to washroom in mid night you have to switch on all lights. 2. TV does not connect Netflex, youtube not even a portable USB output, you watch CCTVB and those boring Chinese TV channel only. 3.the balcony is useless, view is blocked by the bldg. itself, there is no night light. the balcony connects to your neighbour, you have to close the blind or you do not feel privacy. 4. food is lousy and the glasses is dirty. 5. as a kids thematic hotel, the facilities is also too common, 6. there is no place for luggage inside the room. The hotel should be upgraded, HK$2000 for 1 night even on 30th Dec (FRI) is not worth. i would NOT recommend to anyone.

It was near the beach, some restaurants and uselect for some drinks and a snacks.

The guard in the front when doing the QR code. one of the man guard was very aggressive and rude when asking us the do the QR Code! racist maybe!? looks like it but the receptionist ladies were very accommodating and friendly.Hotel curtain looks very old with moulds ?

Hotel design very special, excellent view, recommended for family with kids to go.

1) Hotel without direct walkway, it need to walk through the beachside restaurant, not easy to go from taxi / bus station if you got many/large-size luggages.2) hotel only provided buffet dinner, without other choice.3) Without provided socket at the pantry for the water boiler. I have use the socket which near the TV.

Excellent views. Beautiful concept. Great architecture. Is real size according to the story in the bible. Is a great place for kids .

I wish the park opened earlier because check out of the hotel is 11am. The park opens at 11am. I also wish early check in was possible. Again the park closes at 6pm and check in is by 3pm.

It was convenient for us as it was a hotel we used after we moved out of an apartment on Ma Wan before flying home to the uk for good.

No room service, which could be offered by the harvester restaurant. No welcome pack which could explain what services are available locally. Baggage assistance in any way would have been nice and we tried to get reception to order us a taxi but they declined! Also the breakfast pictures on the advertisement screen do not represent the breakfast available in any way!

Breakfast was okay, the location is quite good as there is a beach beside.

The cleaning of the room needs more improvement

quiet & peaceful location with beautiful scenic nature surroundings, for having Small nos of rooms.. had lots of fun on beach side.. convenient transport to Tsing yi.

Quiet and close to beach

We wanted to buy takeaway and have our dinner at the balcony but there were big cockroaches so we ended up having to have our dinner at the tiny desk inside the room.

We enjoyed the daily spread of breakfast. Would be better if the udon soup and porridge is hotter

Cleanliness - found a small cockroach crawling in the wardrobe.
