Everything is good, especially the bathroom, water flow of the shower head is super. Front desk staff are very attentive, pleasant & efficient.

Location was great. A number of bar in the area and easy to get to the star ferry.

They put me in a completely different room then what i paid for. becuase they "overbooked"

They don’t clean your room everyday. They said they only clean it after 5 nights but our stay was only 4… we had an infant so it was so inconvenient that we had to clean on our own ? not worth it given the steep prices from Jan 2-6

They don’t do room service!We have stayed for 6 days, with only having towels being changed! Room wasn’t being serviced at all.Carpets are totally dirt! It shouldn’t be called a hotel! Price is huge for this service, my roommate had to clean the sink by himself.

Nice room, nice location, easy to check in and out

We can hear a noise from the road and next door room sometime. They only change towels and clean the bin, no overall room cleaning.

The water heater didn’t work, the room was not soundproof, and the view was disappointing

Location is perfect! Tons of restaurants and convenient stores literally right outside hotel. K11 museum mall and harbor walkable. MTR within 5-7min walk! Wifi was great! Staff were great. AC was great. Bed was good. Room great size, especially for HK - similar to NYC standards. Def would stay there again. Shout out to Sunil (overnight staff)! Super helpful! Oh and you can pay to have access to wash clothes- major bonus

The Hotel is affordable and located in a nice area with lots of places to it around the Hotel. Room is presented well enough and was quite spacious compare to other Hotels in this price margin. Everything works well enough but could improve in some areas.

Hotel Room had some damp on the walls. I had to stay at the Hotel for 4 night and had no cutlery in the room the eat any food that I bought. Aircon did not seem to work, it was stationary on one temperature for the room the whole time even after changing the temperature. Staff was not exactly very friendly in any way.

I have booked the most expensive room but the room was not valuble as what i expect. Lady not come clean, toilet room light so dark. Abit noisy in the morning.

Clean and neat. WiFi was good. Good sized room

When the fire alarm went off, there was no announcement and people didn’t know what was happening.

No heating in room. Got down to 15 at night. Cold. No water in the room to drink. Cups and kettle provided but not even a spoon or stirring stick. I think they are aiming for minimalist but the price does not reflect that.

Should have changed or redo the beds.The door tag has "do not disturb" on both sides.Don't know how to tell the staff to clean the room.
