Ocean park could be seen from our hotel room and it was a walking distance to the gate of Ocean Park. Nearest metro station and bus stops were very near and next to the nearest metro station there was a shopping mall called Southside which included several restaurants.

The policy like we booked with breakfast for 2 adults and a 4 year old kid for 6 days and they didn't allow the kid for breakfast . They said the breakfast is only for 2 adults and we need ro pay for kidVery disappointed by such act of theirs. The guest need to fill their water bottles may be some sustainability initiatives so still ok. The location is far from city centre though nearby MTR but a good 8-9 min walk
The hotel is in a great location. On the quieter side of the island however the local bus stop is nearly outside ( in fact there is a stop which says Nina Hotel on the route) . The MRT is close too. We travelled from the airport on this with ease. Transport is reliable and cheap. We had a lovely room overlooking the hills. The bed was very comfortable. Shame the pool was not open for our stay. The gym looked good but we didn’t use. We paid for breakfast which was fine. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Would I recommend………..absolutely yes.
Our room was exceptionally clean. And the reception staff - a lady - was both helpful and friendly.
We found the room quite dark. And so think that it would have been better if there were more or brighter lighting. A reading lamp near the bed would also have been helpful

We forgot our HDMI cable and housekeeping was gracious enough to get one for us to use. They are super accommodating and friendly, also the room was modern the bed was super comfortable! Would definitely stay again!
Excellent location, lovely staff, comfortable and clean rooms! I loved the reusable water bottle and the water font in every corridor. I have stayed here many times now and it is consistently great!

Quite spacious, clean and good supporting staff
Amazing mountain views, rooms were nice and quiet, staff are pleasant. Also impressed by the hotel's environmentally-friendly initiatives and minimal use of plastic. They offer reusable water tumblers in the room, water refill stations, and paper packaging for toiletries.
The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, especially at night but sometimes during the day too. The first room I was given smelled so bad that I asked for a room change and thankfully you were able to accommodate. The second room was fine initially but for three subsequent nights, the smell returned. Staff tried to spray my room with air freshener but it didn't really help. Beds are a bit firm.
Room is spacious and shower water flow is strong ! Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping could be more attentive. Dirty mugs and glasses were not removed and replaced for a few times. Desk surface was left dusty without wiping thoroughly. Other than those, it's ok overall.

5 star experience in a 4 star hotel. We requested a quiet room and got a room on a higher floor which we really appreciated. The staff were really helpful and nice. When I visit Hong Kong again, I will book this same hotel.
