Good location, friendly staff

It's clean but less modern than other hotels I've seen

Lovely hotel in a great “real” neighborhood of Hong Kong. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Very clean, simple yet all you need is in the room, very helpful and sweet staff. Room was a good size, location a stones away from tram, MTR and bus. Walking distance from Central if you want to, stroll through the waterfront on your way to and back from hotel. Close to shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Very good experience overall.

The bed was a bit on the harder side to my liking but comfortable.

Great budget option in Hong Kong! 4 fast elevators means that you never have to wait long for the elevator. Our room on the 8th floor was spacious enough. Clean, convenient and quiet (there are only 2 rooms per floor). Comfy bed. The AC works well (we visited in hot July). The shower in the bathroom was pleasant. The staff in the lobby is patient and kind, happy to answer all kinds of questions from travelers. In the lobby there is complimentary cold water for guests. There is a laundry service next door. We often went to eat at the nearby Jack's Pizzeria - recommended. A children's playground-park is also nearby.

Room size is generous for the price and location in Hong Kong. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning staff is very professional and friendly as well. Location convenient to airport bus, MTR and a multitude of restaurants. Would definitely book again.

There is a 100€/ 500 HKD deposit when checking in. I wasn't aware of the deposit beforehand. But they do take multiple currencies for it.

Location, staff, cleanliness, size of room and the view!

The people's manager - Patrick - is always smiling and ready to help. We really recommend looking for him once you enter the hotel. He also knows perfect English. Really close to the metro station - <5 min on foot. There are cheaper options in the area, where you can get food, as it is relatively expensive in Hong Kong. The room was very clean, air conditioning was working fine, and the beds were comfy. There are travel adapters in the room, which was really helpful for us Europeans. We also had a refrigerator, which was a pleasant surprise.

Beds a little on the hard side

We were upgraded following a mix up with the booking. But the new room was clean and quiet, which all we wanted.

The initial mix up was not easy to solve due to poor English on their side. But the issue was solved eventually.

This is a 3* hotel that is actually better than a 4*. The room is spacious, you have where to hang your clothes and put your luggage and the view on the higher floors is great, something very hard to find in HK so I would 100% recommend it.

The location was great, the bed was very confortable, the room was very spacious, the bathroom could be bigger but it was ok, it was clean, all in all very good value for money.

Very good value for money; kind and friendly front desk; very good location (few steps away from tram and train station), spacious (for hk standards) rooms!

The staff were really helpful and pleasant. Always with a smile. The hotel is next to a laundrette which is very handy. The reception give you a promotion code and reception number in order to use the machines. The location is excellent. Very close to the MTR and excellent restaurants . 5 min walk to the waterfront and good access to the piers for the ferries . Also there are only 2 rooms on each floor which makes it quite quiet at night which is lovely for a hotel in the centre of HK . Good size room and bathroom. Good lift access to the rooms .

We had a twin room and the beds were a bit hard but this was resolved the next day with no questions asked.

It’s clean, very well located, it even has a good view of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Location & staff, Patrick & everyone else genuine & attentive, couldn't have asked for more, this is what can make the difference between good & great, thank you ?

Creaky (but very comfortable) bed, little noisy above but these are minor issues given the overall experience.

Quite small rooms

Nice hotel to stay for 1-2 days only.Room was nice, clean with all basic facilities except one. Staff is nice and professional. Accesibility to public transport and local markets is good.

There is no central heating system in the room. I think it should be there. Hotel itself is quite small as you see in the pictures.

Very clean relatively new everything working order.

There is no breakfast provided by WE Hotel but there are plenty of choices around the area

To provide cutlery items for hotel customers

Our room was surprisingly big and the bed was quite large and very comfortable. The view from the room was amazing as we were on a relatively high floor. Staff were helpful and gave good suggestions for restaurants around the hotel. There was a filtered water dispenser where we could refill our water bottles which was convenient. Excellent location too.
