This is hotel that don't deserve even a 2 star rating. Yet it is rate at a 3 star. The room is very small with no room to open luggage. The worst part is the bathroom with shower right over the toilet bowl and in front of the sink. Worst experience I had

Location on Nathan Rd right next to Yau Ma Tei MTR station.

Room had odd lingering smell, slow elevators, noisy hallways especially housekeepers talking loudly and slamming doors starting at 8a.m. every morning, coffee not provided in room, not enough hangers, need hand soap in bathroom not just shower gel.

We had a great stay in Casa because if it's location. We are already prepared on what to expect so it's not a big issue. Room is enough for 2.

Combination of shower and CR area, too tight to take a bath. All bathroom amenities are wet after.

I enjoyed my time at the hotel for its location, tidy room and bathroom.

It is wonderful for almost everything.

Location is good

Rooms are very tiny and toilet is very uncomfortable because of the tiny space no space for shower. Beds are small too! They have 2 tiny elavators that if you have luggages it can only fit 2 persons ?The picture looks big but in reality it is not. The price does not satisfy the amenities.

The location is very convenient, close to the MTR and shopping centers.

The facilities require a significant update. It is like a motel in a rural American town.

That it is near Nathan Road, MTR entrance is just around the corner and there are a lot of places to buy food from downstairs.

Much like other hotels, the room is too cramped. There was no refrigerator in the room to cool water and keep food. Bathroom is too tight to even move about. And the Air-conditioning takes a lot of time to cool

Perfect location to go anywhere

It is very inconvienient to take a shower without a standalone shower place in the bathroom. It is very messy and dirty.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location, close to subway station and Airport bus stop.

Bathroom is really cramped with no separate shower stall. You cannot even find a place to hang your change of underwear. The glass shelf above the sink is so close you have to watch out not to bump your head when you try to wash your face.

The place looks dated but decent.

It’s small, and you can see the oldness of the place from the furnitures and some paint job on the wall.

Good location, very close to subway and bus station,

Tiny space , shower head large leakage from pipe joints, shower towel wear out with hole, dirty walls, wear out chair surface and one bacteria carrying drain fly found in bathroom.

There was a strong smell of sigarettes every morning coming from the hallway or maybe the room next to meI ended up leaving two days earlier

location wise is super good, less than a min then reach YMT station, and it is transit station, so is legit convenient. the staff is friendly and helpful, hot water is available. towel is available as well

the room is super small, i guess HK is like this. the staircase infront of the elevator doesnt friendly to luggage or whoever using wheelchair, doesnt have the wheelchair track

Location is perfect, and room are tidy and clean, bathroom is so small even difficult to move around.

Bathroom size.

Location was really good. Few steps to mtr and bus. 7/11 allmost next door. Room has all i need. Shover was small but even im big i have space enough. Quiet room.

Need some renovation. Mold smells and all look old.
