all I like at this hotel is just a Bed

staff is not kindly person also location is not good

Room colors were white, clean and fresh looking. Bed was comfortable.

Room was very small. Internet free? No, wifi is extra! I liked having a gym, but hotel also lets locals buy memberships to this little gym, didn't like sharing. No dresser to put clothes in, only a closet with only 5 hangers

Fast check-in, neat and tidy, comfortable beds, spacious reception area, bus from the airport stops next to the hotel, several metro stations are just next to. 7 minutes walk to the waterfront

Room was quite small and there were no changes in the buffet breakfast served daily.

Staff efficient and pleasant, housekeeping slick, special mention to the doorman that helped with bags the day we arrived and left, so courteous and really stood out across the years in various hotels. There are decent restaurants with varied cuisine options along hub around the Exhibition Center MTR stop if you just feel like taking yourself off the streets and away from the usual hussle and bussle of HK. But Wan Chai has a lot of great food to offer, convenient. Good coffee at N1 Coffee across the street.

Room was okay nothing particular to like or dislike. The room had a fair bit of floor space taken up by the dehumidifiers. The shower head was not great. The lobby does not have comfortable seating to sit and hang around.

The hotel is conveniently located between two MTR lines. Location is a big advantage. Plus very friendly and helpful staff.

There are not many F&B options in the hotel itself.

Location is excellent! Very good breakfast, however I do miss noodles! Inexpensive Lounge option, it is nice, good price-quality One block from the bus to the airport!

Room little dated.

Breakfast good. Reception not too friendly. Concierge especially Paul excellent.

Shampoo in room run out not replaced. Lifts cards keep giving problems. Some issues with damp in rooms. Rooms not available on time. allocated wrong room type at first.

Location is reasonably good and near to the MTR station.

The property feels a bit old and could use a face lift. The gym equipment is old. The buffet breakfast isn't exciting.

The professional services, friendliness of the staff, great location and consistency of welcome from all the staff throughout the hotel.

The location was great and close to central areas; the afternoon tea and cocktail bar after was great ideas.

The location was very central, close to public transportation, 7-11s, etc. The staff was a delight - the receptionist let us know upon arrival that the Mid-Autumn Festival was happening, and gave us print-outs with the many celebrations around town, as well as beautiful paper lanterns for us to take to the celebration. They also took care of our luggage after check-out for no extra charge. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great time at Novotel Century!

Very nice location to discover the city. Rooms were not very big, but normal for Hong Kong. Modern, clean and comfortable. Big breakfast buffet, perfect ! Nice swimming pool.Near bus stop to Airport, very convenient.

Everything was very good, quite pricey but normal for Hong Kong.

Located in a walking distance from Expo center and 2 underground stations. Very quiet, cozy, excellent view

A bit stiff bed to my taste, and continuesly working AC creates some noise, even at the lowest fan speed. But its not bad, just noticable
