Spacious, quiet, washing machine is available.

The size of the apartment and cleanliness was excellent The helpful staff were great. Everyday we had the apartment serviced, also close proximity to transport MTR 5 mins away.

Great location, close to public transport in a lively (if a little seedy) area

2nd bed was shorter than regular size, not suitable for adults.Mattress was very stiff and uncomfortable.

No sockets near the beds, while it was clean the place could use some renovation

Staffs there are very helpful and nice. Our room was cleaned and tidied everyday by the staffs. Location is very convenient.

The only downside is the room decor and furniture were out dated. The paint on the wall is chipped and the bed is old.

Location good if you want the real Hong Kong .Temple Street markets very close

The size of bed is little small if you have kid above 3 yrs. The bed is comfortable for couples only.

Good location, very close to Nathan road, 10 mins walk away from harbor. Compared to average Hong Kong accommodation, apartment was very large. It also offered 24/7 staff (1 person) and staff was extremely friendly. However, apartment was dirty and worn. Almost everything had marks of heavy usage. Mattress had several stains. Cupboards venneer chipped off every where. Refrigerator had stains all over. Small coach, which was extremely uncomfortable due to missing support from the mid section had a few sections torn. Basically everywhere you look was either torn or dirty. I think at some moment they have to refresh these apartments from scratch.

Amazing location with great nearby shops and restaurants!! Kind and friendly service by the hosts. Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for two. Necessities are provided, towels and sheets were clean. Water, coffee and tea provided in the common room was convenient. AC worked well, and the small kitchenette was handy.

The water didn't seem to evaporate fast enough in the bathroom , there was a bit of a smell but leaving the fan on helped. The toilet flushing was weak, we sometimes had to flush twice. Our room did not have heating so when the outside temperature dropped around 17 or below, it was rather cold to sleep.

Staff were nice. 2 min walk to airport bus and to the metro station. Room was really big with a separate living area.

It is looking pretty tired with loads of scuffs and chips. Mould in the shower and frayed towels. You could hear talking and TV from the rooms above and below and a fair bit of road noise, although it isn’t on a main road so it could be worse.

Old of everything. Old matress, sofa, and blanket. Should change of everything. Higher price but lower quality. I used to stay here in 2019. Could not compare.

2nd visit to this apartment hotel. Excellent access to markets, food & MTR Rail. Staff are excellent, friendly, helpful.

Nothing to dislike. 10yrs between our visits and although small areas need freshening up it is still very good.

Mr. Ng was very professional and helpful. He told us where to have yummy breakfast and also gave good suggestions of how to get to the airport since we had many pieces of luggage.

It would be nicer if mineral water was provided.

Benny was so great and hospitable, even giving us candy on arrival. The cleaner was super lovely too. They both gave us recommendations which were awesome. The apartment is a street over from Nathan road, a main road, so close to everything but not noisy. It's also a short walk to the underground train station making get around super easy. The facilities are a bit dated and run down but what can you expect in the old town. It is quite expensive but it's Hong Kong, everywhere is expensive.

Great hotel in central location, rooms have everything you need, we had the suite with two rooms, great for families. Easy communication. Highly recommended.
