Very close to Ngong Ping and Big Buddha

Our room was very small.

Great service great room

Everything was excellent, near the metro station and restaurants.

It’s a bit confusing to reach to the hotel, it’s inside the mall, needs more signs.

Great helpful staff during late check in.

There was a smell in the hallways. Maybe in the rugs?

We had a great stay at the hotel , once we found reception , service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved our room very comfortable , and liked set up for a quite small space. Great location for bar , breakfast was really lovely , very fresh and ample choice. The gardens around the pool were beautiful , great idea as it hides the high rise in the background.Yes we would stay again if coming to Hong Kong , very close to airport.

Took taxi to hotel , not clear where reception was. Got lost in the shopping centre below.

The room size and quality. The location.

The AC in our originally assigned room didn't work. It only sent out cold air and can't effectively switch to the heating mode. We called for repair twice. For some reason, they can't fix it so we were assigned to a new room.The pool was closed. It looked beautiful in the photos and was a prime reason that we chose this hotel but in the end we didn't get to enjoy it.The only real restaurant on site was French style. The cooking was not to my taste.

Good location if you are starting your trip shopping at city-gate outlet mall, Hong Kong Disneyland, or Tian tan buddha. Helpful, welcoming staff.

Noise cancellation not the best, room sizes could be better, not enough closet or storage space.

The hotel view and room appearance very nice, the staff was delightful. The breakfast was awesome ?

The hotel is connected to a Shopping mall which is great. It also has a connection to Metro and bus station

This was our second stay at the silveri and it is such a lovely hotel which was perfect for our stop over. The hourly airport shuttle is great service and there are plenty of restaurants and shops just downstairs in the mall. We caught the train into Hong Kong central this time and it’s very easy and quick to do. Last time we went on the cable car up the mountain. All in all we love the location as it’s very well connected and is peaceful tooOnce again all the staff we had any dealings with were friendly and efficient

We were hoping to have a swim but the pool is closed for maintenance at the moment

The cleanliness of the room. The BIDET please keep it.The receptionists in front desk especially the Filipinas.The lady chef who was cooking the eggs who remembered us and our orders. Excellent and it’s our favorite hotel in Hongkong

Toilet Bidet and the bed and linens

The property was laid out. It was hard for the taxi people to find the entrance to the hotel drove around the block. Twice the staff was excellent little disappointed in the room. It appears the room had water damage. The flooring was separated the hot tub cracked and a very poor layout to get to the hot tub around the furniturebecause of this we did not use the hot tub and felt like it was overpriced since we were not able to use it

The layout of the patio was very poor. Couldn’t get to the hot tub. Hot tub was cracked. No step to get into the hot tub being older. My wife and I didn’t want to risk falling trying to get around the furniture. therefore, we were paying for a room with a balcony with a hot tub that was not accessible and poor condition

Nearness to City Gates Outlet and other tourist spots.

The doors are too heavy (though quiet).

Nothing! Perfect

Personnel friendly but not very helpful, lack of english language and knowledge of city and services available. Hotel is nice but they have construction happening now that looks it will last for long time next to them

Everything. The staff was incredible, I wish to have this experience all the time. It was something I never thought I would experience especially living in Canada. Me and my fiancé had an amazing experience that we will never forget. Thank you.

Maybe a spa available that's it! Like massage in service or at the 9th floor.

Location is great convenience. Breakfast is okay. Room is Clean.

Would like to suggest for more choice for breakfast choices if possible.
