Lanson Place Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

The black out curtains really helped us adjust well during our travels. The on site laundry amenity was very convenient to have! Definitely go during the afternoon or dinner time when everyone is out and about!

Stunning hotel with beautiful decor and facilities. The staff are very friendly, thoughtful and provide a 5 star service. It’s in a good location with the MTR and fashion shopping within close walking distance

Beautiful hotel, top notch service from staff from the moment we stepped in, throughout our stay and at departure. Wonderful breakfast selection to wake up to each morning at their well appointed dining room. Location was so ideal, just a few steps to the MTR and tram and you are right in the middle of lively, bustling Causeway Bay while also feeling the tranquility and luxurious stay. Bonus was the laundry room which was well serviced by staff however can get busy in the evening.

Amazing location, warm and inviting staff, decor was updated and rooms were surprisingly spacious. I also loved that there was an onsite self service laundry room.

Location and hotel staff, especially Jin and Kenny from concierge and Michael, the hotel manager, were very friendly and helpful.

The service was faultless, welcoming and warm. All the staff looked after us exceptionally well. From the bag handlers, check in staff, cleaners, room service, concierge and restaurant staff. The mood throughout the hotel was elegant and calm, just what is needed in a hustle and bustle of causeway Bay. It's a beautiful restaurant..

It is a beautiful property, amazing decor, world class customer service, excellent breakfast, lavish rooms, and a fantastic place to stay in HK. Also, we travelled with our child and the hotel provided a baby bathtub, baby wash, lotion, shampoo, and full size crib. This was so delightful!

My only feedback is the room keys only allowed access to your floor on the elevator, therefore if you’re staying with other guest on a different floor you have to meet them in the restaurant or lobby. Wasn’t a big deal at all, just a minor inconvenience.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel interior is beautiful and welcoming.

If they can do a bit more on cleaning it would be perfect

It's very convenient to the MTR stations. And shopping is great too! They have a very nice gym, and they also have washers and dryers on the property.

Well appointed, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, kind staff. Free laundry.

Our first room had a bad smell so we had to be moved though the second one was fine. There is some construction noise from 7am though obviously that’s not the fault of the property.

It would be great if they put more effort on house keeping mainly the cleanliness of the bathroom. Also, since most of lively location are around central, you will need to travel by train to get there. The surrounding area has limited offering.

Neatly recently renovated. Very friendly staff and service. Good breakfast. Free laundry! Great location in Causeway Bay. Very near to the shopping area but far enough from the crowd. Situated near to a more quiet residential area.

No swimming pool (but we don't need it anyway).

The place is impeccably clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offers a great selection, and there's an unlimited supply of complimentary drinks and bar snacks.

Room service was convenient but came with a steep price tag.

The lobby was beautiful and clean, the rooms were also very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also well-curated and had a lot of healthy choices. Staff were wonderful and very hospitable. We really enjoyed our experience with Lanson Place. Looking forward to coming back! The beds are also worth mentioning--- best sleep we've had in a long while! It's like sleeping in a nest^ ^

Lanson Place has shrunk a lot in terms of build up area since I last stayed 15 years ago. I like the bustling and hive of activities in the Causeway Bay area.

Rooms are much smaller now, without mini kitchenette like what the rooms at Two MacDonald have (Lanson Place's sister hotel). 15 years ago when I stayed at Lanson Place, then having a larger build up footprint, all rooms come with mini kitchette and small living room.
