The hotel is clean. The staff is nice.

The bed mattress is too hard. No drinking water is provided. No self-laundry is available.

Convenient location

The ventilation of this hotel is very strange. When someone smokes in a room it'll get passed to other rooms. Tons of people got sick in this hotel and I was one of the victims who got Covid when staying in the hotel. Could be due to poor ventilation

The desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The room manager walked into our room without knocking and was not apologetic or even friendly.

The bedroom was dirty and I saw the cockroach in the bathroom. The room was full of dust and smoking smell even I booked a non-smoking room. Many occupants smoked on my floor and opened the door to pollute the areas. Terrible. But, the staff were nice and helpful. I rated it in high-grade.

Convenient, close to MTR station. A lot of eateries nearby. Spacious room.

The Kwun Tong habour was visible from the room and the room was spacious. There was a convenience store, a McDonald's, and many restaurants nearby. Location was fine in terms of access to public transport.

We booked two double rooms. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom in one of the rooms. In the other room there was a what appeared to be worn underwear on one of the beds under the duvet and there were no slippers and no amenities in the bathroom. When reported to the reception they sent someone to the room to sort these out quickly, but it was an unpleasant experience.

Got everything I need in the room. Room was clean and serviced daily by staff. I will consider to use this hotel in future if they can keep the price in reasonable and acceptable level.

Only thing is the location, it needs a 7-10 minutes walk to get to the nearest public transportations.

The water pressure is amazingly high.

The actual room is not even close to the picture provided. So small and old. The bathroom lights are flickering too. The towels are dirty and smelly.

The room is spacious and the view is beautiful. Also accessible to the promenade and apm. Has 2 fridge.

No inroom dining or if there was it wasn't introduced or there's no menu in the room. The rug is a bit dirty and the living room is quite dark and does depend on the natural light. The bathropm has 2 doors adjacent to the room or living room but no lock, so it's quite complicated when there are visitors. But overall, great value.
