Hotel COZi Oasis

Amazing location right in the electronics central of Shenzhen. And the late night noodle bar was my favorite, it made it really feel like the hotel knew what kind of guests they were serving. Receptionist Lingman Guo did a fantastic job. Very professional

If a small & simple breakfast were included with my room.

They charge both through this website and at the concierge so your card gets deducted twice. They said they’ll cancel the transaction from this website but it’s taking so long and I haven’t gotten my refund. I have a friend who had the same experience in another hotel but she got her refund the same day the transaction was cancelled. They can just pick one place to transact with to avoid all these issues.

Room was spacious

Water marks on faucet, shower etc. and remotes were not cleaned. Fridge had a smell too. Was just a night stay before flying off so was fine. Waiting for lifts can be very long too

Room size was okay for Hong Kong standards, we had a Superior Double room. Facilities were adequate.

The staff at check-in was extremely rude and impatient, very disappointing.There was a fan in the bathroom that you couldn't turn off and it was quite noisy during the nights.Bed was rockhard, not very comfortable.

only one small round table in the room, only one flat pillow, no extra one can be given even you asked.Biggest fear happened, alarm was on , luckily it's a false one!

Breakfast is good at 66 Dollars, the long tables are rubbish, how can you eat food at a foot away distance? the hot hast browns and spring rolls were good, the little sausages rubbish. need some cube cream cheese for the cheese guy. the tea is too weak, I asked for a tea bag but was refused. The bell boy Stanley is a piece of Gold, he should be taking into a managerial position, pronto!

Its a love hotel, lots of young, snooty, couples, which is understandable at the price. either make it super cheap for them, or upgrade it a little bit, or find me to help you with it. the location is in the middle of a huge dump, there is nothing to see or do. or have a training class to teach the young sxxxx how to behave.

The location is goods A quite place and there is shuttle to go to the Mtr station.

The room is super small, I requested a queen bed, but they do not have and assigned me to a room with double bed. The room is super small, we ordered some food delivery and there is no place that we can placed our food.

Quiet and clean. With shuttle bus to MTR station.

- The fridge is warm. - Main entrance and car park entrance are on different streets, which could be confusing for people arriving with cars. - No bathrobe.- Room is not fully equipped when checking in, there were no tissue box, and very little shower gel left in the bottle.....Doesn’t worth $1,8xx for a suite with nothing more but bigger size.

The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was clean and quiet, with a large TV. The bathroom was big and very practical.

We booked the room last minute and the only room they had left was a disabled corner room. Apart from a long useless corridor, the room was really small. We have stayed in the standard rooms before and they are much bigger. The outside of the hotel is bleak, with a highway at the front and busy industrial estate at the back.

It’s close my office, that’s why I chose it.
