THE SEBEL CANBERRA CIVIC

The location was AMAZING!!! The staff were wonderful, shower was fantastic, Nespresso maker a wonder. I loved everything.

I wasn’t there long enough ha ha ha

It was central where I needed to be. It was comfortable and had the amenities I needed.

No breakfast. That would be nice. But you can do a shop and cook what you need in your room.

Great location close to everything we needed, and excellent pet friendly rooms. Cleanliness was 10/10.

Very difficult to park, only 2 spaces for check in and they were always full with longer term cars. Carrying luggage, dog and dog supplies from paid city parking a couple of blocks away is unrealistic. No dog bowls as pictured on website.

I always find parking out the back. The best thing is it’s an easy walk to the theatre.

Very limited menu at the adjoining restaurant.

The room was amazing, the dog bed provided was loved by my puppy

The windows didn't open which was slightly annoying especially with a dog in the room but it was fine

Excellent stay for us. Great location, comfy beds, clean hotel with nice staff. Definitely worth rebooking when we are in Canberra again.. very competitive pricing too

Although they had options for parking, they weren’t very helpful. Staff were rude and not welcoming at all.

I love that dogs can stay! Makes a nice get away that you can bring your dog to.The place was tidy, clean and all round comfortable

I know we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but sometimes when you’re just relaxing, it’s nice to have the tv on, I think a more wide range of Channels woukd be better, maybe a chrome cast or something would be good!

Communication poor due to road closures and couldn’t get hold of property. Was not provided with parking options.

Clean room, great location and accommodating staff.

Perhaps on the expensive side for the size of the room and facilities available.

Value for money and they didn’t charge extra for pets. Room was quiet and wasn’t affected by street noise or other pets

Parking isn’t the most convenient, but there are multiple options for reasonable fees and there is a space to pull up behind hotel to drop bags / pets off that isn’t on the main road

It didn't occur to me at the time of booking (last minute trip done late at night), that parking on site was not an option due to the city centre location. That's on me though.

There needed to be more quick parking to allow for checking in and out as I had a minor and luggage with me.The driveway was also tricky to spot when navigating the city traffic.
