Prompt response of staff and convenience

Reasonably priced: accommodation and parking. Food available in the morning.

Close to the train and the main road; easily accesible.

I didn't check beforehand but there is no laundry service on site which would have been helpful.

The bed was neat and clean when I had got there, the room was way bigger than expected so that was a bonus, considering the fact that I only paid $126 a night. It was comfortable, bathroom was really nice as well. Highly recommend the place.

Honestly everything matched the expectations, nothing negative to say. Although it would've been nice to connect to the tv since I couldn't connect on it before. But overall the place was nice and I enjoyed staying there.

Location, value for money, comfort and cleanliness of the accomodation where fantastic. Dinner at the Restaurant downstairs was very nice and well priced.

Pay-for-parking... but I guess that is now almost the norm in city centres

Close to city

It doesn’t provide clothes’ hanger or hook so difficult to put on the jacket. There is a convenient store, it doesn’t have many goods.

Parking was fine. Room was excellent. Although a limited menu, the food for dinner was extremely good, well presented and very tasty.Location was excellent.

The room and location was very good, excellent position near places I wanted to visit and near public transport. Very quiet, able to rest peacefully, and the continental breakfast was very good.

Car parking was not what I expected. Once I understood how the parking system worked, it was okay, but I would have preferred that there would have been enough underground secure parking so as not to have to park on the street.

Receptionist could’ve been more friendly and actually activated our cards before handing them to us.

Well located to the city, and well priced.

There was a brown stain on the carpet of our room which was mildly concerning, and the parking was very expensive even for off-site parking. $15 per day is a hefty amount for the length of time we were staying so we had to walk from the free parking areas a few blocks away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and I liked the size of the room and the layout. Good for a short stay and to come back to after visiting the city. Breakfast was an additional cost but it had a lots of variety and was very good.

The bathroom was in need of a bit more attention and perhaps an upgrade but not too bad.

Breakfast opening was late every day. The amenities were not cleaned once throughout the week eg:toilet at restaurant area

In-house cleaning no existent cleaning done in room or the hallway etc done for the week. Bathroom in room wasn’t every clean right from start.

Lack of hanging space and the useless coat hangers which fell apart if you hung anything on them.Rooms not being serviced over the Easter period/

Room was quite dusty, dust on the chair in the room and a layer of dust all along the top of the bed head. Quick vacuum would’ve fixed but looked like it hasn’t been done in a year and didn’t help with allergies.

Big room. Shower was excellent.

Extra cost for parking. Internet was not very good. No room cleaning. Expected better for the price.

Lots of international hotel food.The fresh fruit was quite good.

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were excellent.

For me, I had trouble with bed and pillow style but in saying that I’m not a good sleeper and for majority won’t be an issue.
