The location, the cleanliness, the cosiness too .

Proximity to shops, hotels, tourist sites, under cover parking, layout of our room.

The property was suitable in every way for us.

Quiet, comfortable and warm studio apartment in the centre of Canberra. Comfortable bed, adequate kitchenette and spacious bathroom

Beds to small room small out door furniture grotty uncomfortable cushions on out door furniture need replacing.

I managed to cook dinner and breakfast because I was afraid of having the alarms go off hehe. Should there be another trip, I will cook up a feast. :)To have the washing machine and dryer was an added bonus, so I managed to take home clean clothes. I will always choose Quest, and it's at the right place for a good walking around the area and shops are at the door step.

It was the cold weather at that time, too cold for me and it was a good thing my stay was a short one.I didn't come prepared with the proper clothing and foot wear too, but I enjoyed my stay.

Location was fabulous, very central. We walked everywhere.Staff were very helpful and friendlyRoom was very clean and spacious. Kitchen facilities very good.parking onsite and secure.Very quiet, we didn't hear any other guests.

Great central city location. Very comfortable apartment, nicely appointed

Limited parking. Very little parking available as two hotels sharing overflow courtyard.No service to room on Sunday even though paying top price. Asked for towels, soap from cleaner who was uninterested and not sure she understood request

Great location, very central.

No Biscuits. I arrived very late from interstate and I had low blood sugar. A late night biscuit or 2 would have been nice. I travel a lot and I'm used to hotels or apartments having biscuits, tea and coffee

Was spacious

TVs were terrible to use, had to ask for new pillowcases as spare ones were dirty/stained. Had to get body wash containers I shower refilled as they were empty on arrival.

The location of the hotel is very convenient near the city centre which make it very nice to tour Canberra

There was no parking despite the fact that they had advertised that parking is available. I texted the hotel to tell them I needed a parking, but when I got there, there was no parking available. It would have been better if the hotel informed me in advance

Fantastic location right in Civic centre. 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

The entry to the carpark is incredibly tight. If you have a large car, you may not get in there. There's limited paid parking at the back of the hotel.

Location, good facilities and comfortable bed

Drain in the bathroom got a bit smelly. Walls are thin so could hear conversations being opposite the lift. Carpark super small.

We always like to stay with Quest when we travel

This branch in Canberra doesn't satified us that much because the Quest in Nowra was amazing. The room is a bit smaller, there is no dish washer built in. But rather than that, everything was great.

Room had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, large fridge, oven microwave dishwasher. Parking spacrs in the basement were larger than average.

The ramp from the carpark basement was very tight. Had to be very careful especially when leaving.

Morning Walk was good; one Pakistani receptionist was pleasure to meet. He helped us out of his way to make our stay pleasant,

Disappointing Stay – Not Suitable for SUV Drivers or Families with KidsWe stayed here over the Easter break and had a frustrating experience from the start. The underground parking is a nightmare — extremely tight and not suitable for SUVs at all. Even though we paid for parking, we couldn't find a spot. The management tried helping, but in the end, failed to provide a solution. We wasted hours trying to get the car in and out of the car park.To make things worse, no one informed us in advance that room service or cleaning wouldn't be available over Easter. We were traveling with small children, and for 3 days no one came to clean or even dispose of nappies from the toilet bins. As you can imagine, this led to an awful smell in one of the bathrooms.Really disappointed, especially given the price and the lack of basic communication and services.

Well located . Bus trip 15 mins to airport and walk 200m.Good value stay with good shower and comfy bed

The room was a little stuffy.
