Location / excellent staff

Not enough parking spaces.

We liked the location which was near many restaurants. Continental breakfast had good selection of cereals and fresh fruit. Coffee machines worked well. Bathroom was good.

The hotel is need of some loving care. Our carpet had holes, hallways have obvious marks and scratches, some of the equipment in the very small gym was not useable. Lift mechanism was very jerky. Rooms have all the furniture needed but very basic. If you have a car you should be prepared to park in street (at a cost) because the hotel car park does not have enough spaces for every guest.

Great breakfast for the price. We expected only coffee and toast but there were ample choices. Great location.

House keeping........Perhaps remove the empty wine bottle and stubbies from previous guests that were in the cupboard where the jug was stored.

The room was great, bed comfortable, and my husband loved the sheets. We loved the fact that the motel was close to the city and restaurants. Loved that the location as it was central to everything. This is our second stay at Madison Capital.

You didnt have all the channels on the tv and it would be nice to have access to Netflix and other online stations

Room was really nice and comfortable. Loved the couch in the room, that was really nice to lounge on.

The dark blue tint on the windows was a bit jarring but I suppose It also made it cosier in a way!

This building is old, poorly maintained and dirty. There are incredible levels of noise from the street and adjoining rooms. It is difficult to sleep here. It did not meet our needs or expectations.

second room was great We spoke to Lucas about the mattress and he put us in anew room immediately and was professional and great in what he did I thank him again

First room had a saggy mattress and as we arrived at 2.30 am we couldn't do anything about it but it was sorted next morning

bed was comfy, the couch is like mashmellows if there was room service i wouldnt need to leave, has a nice smell, good amount of teh and coffee i liked the wash clothes too so nice, if you are in canberra this is a good place, never felt in danger or sketchy area very safe the staff are super friendly and smiling i didnt wake up for breakky the bed was too comfy to get out of and then managed to sit on the super comfy couch wasnt going anywhere anytime soon 10/10 would stay again when im next in canberra

i couldnt figure out tv or the rangetop both didnt work but tv in bedroom worked didnt ask staff but am sure they would sort it out if brought to their attention

Name says Executive Apartments. Far from executive unfortunately. More of a budget friendly apartment. So please update the name to reflect the accommodation and price.

Reception staff were, without exception, so friendly and helpful. So were the staff working the insanely busy breakfast room. Your staff are the highlight all round. Room was great for my needs but I was woken throughout the night by the doors slamming around the building. Location is fabulous, especially for Braddon, and the free parking is such a rare bonus in Canberra.

As previously stated, the banging of doors was really disturbing throughout the night. Also, I was so confused by the breakfast situation as nothing in the info booklet explained that it would be in a room on the reception floor and only mentioned that food was available from the vending machine. I only realised when I went to check out and saw the room. It's also a shame that the aircon makes the balconies essentially unusable though, I guess, given the choice, I'll take a comfortable room over a seat overlooking a motorway.

Traffic noise on the northern side was loud, but I had earplugs so it didn't disturb my sleep

The location was excellent the room was perfect. Breakfast was well thought out. The whole place was worth the stay.

Spacious room, large bedroom, very comfortable bed, large bathroom, good kitchenette facilities, well insulated rooms (for noise), Gym-well equipped, rather nice breakfast (free) undercover parking (first come basis) walking distance to central Canberra (Civic).

There was an elevator between floors, friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed, good hot shower. Good continental breakfast included. Free parking.

The parking was tight but we had read this in other comments, but it was free. Also we do not like polyester filled dooners but blankets were available.
