The staff was good and the rooms were clean!
Air conditining was not working and the swimming pool was also undergoing repairs.
The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful under difficult circumstances.
The rooms were dated, and althought the housekeeping team did a great job trying to clean and providing fresh linen when we requested it, the room its self was dated, the carpet smelled and needs replacing, the Aircon did not work, the room was very stuffy for the whole stay (temps 28 - 32 degrees)
Good location
No restaurant. Worst thing though was the air conditioning was centrally controlled, and so it stayed at 23 degree constantly. This is far too warm for comfortable sleep.
The location was excellent very close to shops restaurants and transport, ideal for a visit to Canberra

We had a great room on the 8th floor, there was a great place to hang out and the pool looked nice, but didn't use it. Comfortable bed, good shower.Yes, it is a bit tired, but if you want a central place at a good price, this is great. Was clean and staff were really nice.
Great location to venues, pub, restaurants and shops.. Walking distance to Floride or the free shuttle. Staff were helpful and more than happy to accommodate your needs. East bike ride to the lake.
The noise, unfortunately we were on the main street and it became very busy and loud through out the early hours of the morning . No double glazing on the window and maybe ear plugs in future.
Reception staff very helpful upon checking in and arranging a carpark. Great location and easy to find. Room was clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. Good sized kitchenette and bathroom.
Would be convenient if a carpark could be booked in advance. Not sure why this can't be done. For stays longer than a couple of days but not long enough for daily housecleaning more toilet paper and extra rubbish bags would be useful. And provide an extra pillow per person (only one extra found). But these are only minor issues.

I liked the location, the security of the building, the staff were friendly and helpful. The shops were handy and Nesuto is situated in a very pleasant part of Canberra CBD. Public transport is also close by which is very handy.

I didn't mind paying for parking $25/night ( good value for Canberra ) but you couldn't book it, we had to wait until check in to confirm available parking spot. No issues as there were plenty of spots.
