Got high expectations as this property got good name.Experince was very flat.Property looks tired.Furniture in leaving room was with damaged fabrics. Overall very basic basic experience.

Staff friendly, location was brilliant, air cons worked well.

Room was a little dated a few vanity cracks here and there. Are room faced the 24/7 maccas so there was a bit of carry out we could hear throughout the night on the Friday and Saturday

Clean, compact and well presented.

Shower in the bathroom was cramped.

Location: walking distance to Maccas which was convenient and other restaurants were a short walk awayService station right around the cornerLoved the poolGreat staff

Rooms were bit smaller than I expected but that is okay

The place is very well located in Canberra! We were able to do everything on foot (but we like to walk so still be prepared ;)). The staff was very nice. Although we stayed only for a couple of days, we enjoyed discovering Canberra in this nice location. Also, the jacuzzi tub is very appreciated after a long day walking!

A bit disappointed that the parking is 20 A$ per night, but it was ok.

We had to wait 2 hours for our room at check in. We were told the reason was that they were short staffed because it was a long weekend - not an excuse at all, plan a bit better next time.

Very late check inn, and very delapadated

The room is big

The facilities are quite old, and the air conditioner didn’t work well.

Rooms, Bathroom, and Kitchen need extra attention for cleaning. The balcony has not been swept for long years. The Jacuzzi was not used as it had not been cleaned for years.

Dirt.

A very comfortable bed and spacious apartment. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer and that powder was supplied. Great shower.

The sofa was very uncomfortable and we could not work the TV.

Great location and apartments were a good size

Was definitely a nice room and great location, walked around the corner to go out for dinner.

Was unfortunate the aircon/heater wasn't working, and the dryer was playing up also, and these are the reasons why the rating is lower.

Location was good. Comfortable bed and good shower. Check in and our was efficient and easy.Had a tv in main bedroom.

Room run down, 2nd bathroom had very bad smell had to keep door closed. Curtains hanging off tracks, and bathroom was not very clean. Bedroom lamp was arcing and unsafe. Overall needs a bit of a clean up all looks a bit worn and tired.

The Spa Bath was lovely. Check in was easy

We wanted the nice open view, but unfortunately didn't really get it (but you know first world problems).The layout of the room wasn't very baby friendly, requested a cot for our 6 month old and we couldn't fit it in any of the bed rooms, and we didn't want our baby sleeping out in the dinning area

The room was beautifully set out, nice and clean and very spacious.The balcony and the view was immaculate, perfect in the morning with a coffee and/or in the afternoon with a cold drink The hotel was very accommodating, the staff were fantastic to talk too and helped us perfectly.Everything was easy going, the check in staff really took the time to make sure we understood everything needed to make our stay easy going with our family.

Only issues we had were with the TVs and Internet.(Basic problems for people who don't wanna watch live TV)And the balcony was extra cold due to the fans blowing right on us.

The location was central and convenient.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen did not seem clean. Wear and tear throughout room on flooring, walls, bench tops, paint etc. One toilet flush was broken and not working properly.

Location was brilliant as we did not use a car - close to shops, services and transport.

We did not use the spa and found the edge a little high to access the shower.

Open Saint James court apartment hotel for over 20 years and really enjoy the location.

the only thing I would say is the apartments are feeling a bit old and getting a little bit dirty and damaged in all areas.

Clean and tidiness so central to everything

The apartment above people were either stomping or jumping on there floor al night so sleep was minimal And there was only one very small saucepan cooking meals was really hard didn’t fit at all with travelling with 4 adult family members

great location. good size and well stocked kitchenette.

I got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment, but I was alone - which seemed like a waste. the bed was poorly made with exposed (stained) mattress an unpleasant surprise when I got into bed.wifi was pretty patchy. the building, finishings and furnishings are clearly quite old, worn, and in need of a refresh.
