Quest Canberra

Being able to walk to supermarket and restaurants.

When we got the spare pillows from the cupboard there was a mass of long dark hair on them.

Room was above a bar ,didn't close until 1.00 am 3 hours sleep !!!!

Great location ,extra touch of chocolates in the room for my husband and greeted with happy birthday was very special .

The shower temperature was either freezing or scolding very tricky to control.

The room was comfortable and clean.

I found the bed quite hard.

Extremely comfortable, friendly, good facilities.

The neighborhood was noisy - in the evening there was music from some nearby bar or party, in the early morning from construction.

Room was old, and fixtures were broken. - Tap in kitchenette wasn't even stuck to the sink. Shower stall had mold. Hot water was either boiling hot or cold. The mixer was broken.

Everything was spot on! Facilities were perfect, staff were so helpful and friendly, good location.

Nice big room & balcony, clean and comfortable, a bit dated.

The room was very comfortable, facilities in the were very good.The balcony of our room could have been made more inviting with plants and a bit of colour.

Unfortunately we came at a time were there was major road construction @night near the Quest , sleeping was very hard,

Somewhat dated.Some mould in the grout of the shower.

Perfect and central location in walking proximity to good quality Bars, restaurants and museums etc.Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking at the rear, very handy. Fantastic balcony for room 7. Excellent value for money.

Noisy lift while it's under repair - we were only 1st floor so we just used stairs.The odd bit of noise through the evening, from downstairs pub, but understandable if you want to stay in a central location like this one.

Noise - the building was being painted at 6:00am. Open areas in the hotel was over scented and not pleasant

Most things were very good. Good bed, good kitchen although we didn’t use electric stove at all. Good bathroom which was modern and efficient. The place was one of then older original 1930s building on central business are well located for shopping and restaurants etc. our room was facing rear courtyard and quiet.

Not much. The room had modern double glazed windows but no windows that opened so sometimes felt room would have benefitted with a little fresh air at times and the air con fitted appeared to be only recirculating type . Also, no fan in the ensuite bathroom , possibly to save energy in winter, although there was a small ceiling vent which didn’t do much. These items mentioned were not big problems at all. Overall very happy with room for 3 nights.

Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent location for our activities in Canberra. Parking available (extra cost). Room only just big enough but with everything we needed. Overall a very good stay.

Didn't realise there was an extra cost for parking till we got there. Cost a bit more than expected.

The staff were extremely helpful, nothing was an issue. The room was clean, tidy and had all the basics required for the duration of stay. Located close to a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, gym and shopping centre. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Lovely balcony. Fantastic location. But beware Canberra weather even in Feb can be cold.

Loved it but pity about 10 am check out - bit early. They did allow me to check in early which was great. Room was exceptionally clean & great facilities.. location awesome too. Carpark ??
