- the receptionist was very nice, greeted us well, and made us feel welcome - the apartment was clean and well-presented - great that it has additional amenities: a gym and pool for the kids -proximity to the city and attractions

-could hear people above us walking in the night until they went to sleep -it was loud from the car park and entry, and someone was playing music until midnight just opposite one of our bedroom windows

The hotel was just like any hotel, so there was nothing special to say about it.

It wasn't very lively. When we wanted to watch YouTube, so many people had already logged in and it was very annoying to see so many, and we had to watch guest (which had the search history of the person who used that guest profile before).

Our stay at Pinnacle Apartments Canberra was comfortable and convenient from start to finish. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a family stay. The location was ideal — close to key attractions and easy to get around. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay with nothing to fault.

Very clean, comfortable beds with GREAT pillows. Proximity to hotels and restaurants was a bonus.

Being a 70 yr old with bad knees, going up and down 5 flights of stairs was not all that enjoyable. It would have been handy to be able to identify availability of lower level accommodation at time of booking for this reason.

Good layout. Lots of food options close by. EV charging (though we didn't use it)

Curtains need to be replaced. Didn't close properly. One bedroom window didn't lock (thankfully was on top floor). Ran out of hot water as 160L tank too small for 6 people. Car parking is very narrow

Location is very good

The only problem is the bathroom smells bad. It must be the drain, and the toilet fan isn't working properly, so the bad smell from the drain is noticeable. You should take a look. Thanks.

The apartment was very roomy and clean. All of the facilities were in good working order. the Reception Manager Nathan was very polite and helpful.The location is great - just one block away from the Kingston shopping precinct with many cafes and a large supermarket nearby.

The location of the particular unit (74) was alongside the sliding exit gate and it was very noisy when cars arrived or departed. It was also a very public unit as it was on the ground floor and it opened directly onto the footpath.

Great location, spacious rooms with tv's and great kitchen facilities. Easy walk to everything.

Parking for second car was out on the street. Would liked to have been in secure parking.

Location was central and close to many attractions and restaurants.The apartment was spacious and well appointed.TV in each bedroom was a bonus.

The cleanliness of the stairwells leading to the apartment was less than inviting (but I wasn't sleeping there) ?

Upgraded to two bedroom apartment, very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything required for our two night stay.

Three storey walk up, bit of a walk from car

We loved the location, easy to walk to shops, restaurants and lake. Beds very comfortable with great pillows, nice linen. Serviced frequently. Ammenities provided and not skimped on. Parking available. Staff friendly and responded quickly when we needed something.

Furniture was a bit sparse in the living area, made it feel not so cosy, but what was there was comfortable.
