The room looked nothing like its photo! There is a lot of renovation and construction going on. Was woken really early to workmen yelling to each other from a distance and speaking very loudly right outside our door. Arrived tired and left tired. Would not recommend.

Where do I start? There were bugs in the bed, stains all over the carpet. Shower wasn’t clean and had black mould. Tv must’ve been from 2005 and didn’t work very well. I had to stay as I couldn’t afford to get another room without a refund and just as I thought it couldn’t get much worse, I tried to have a shower and there was no hot water
The staff changed my room
Bikes gang on my floor making lots of noise all night, door broken and needing to walk to the back door to get in

Second stay, staff remembered me. Reception very friendly and helpful, moved me to another room when main light did not work.
