Good location for where we needed. Great buffet breakfast

Pool area was rundown could use a update/ clean

Late check in worked out well for us.

The door was difficult to open. It was always jammed and hard to open, to the extent that my husband had to use his body force to get it opened. That was very annoying.

Large room, good bed.

Restaurant menu limited. Didn't want to go out for dinner but walked around the corner to the German Club which was excellent.

Location, comfort, reception hours and staff. Accommodated my need to change dates, even after I was not able to do so through booking.com

The buffet breakfast was great, $25 per adult and free to children. The parking was excellent too.

The rooms are very tired, lots of little damages or worn areas. Makes it feel a little unclean when it’s not really.

Great location, lovely staff

Called for 2 days prior to booking and had to leave a voicemail each time (called roughly 6 times) then called booking.com and they couldn’t reach them via phone or email also. Staff were lovely when we got there though. Parking is abit tricky, luck of the draw! But still happy that it’s not charged

It was great value for money and staff were polite and attentive

Looking very tired and in parts run down. Boards separated from the ceilings in our room, stiff hard to use doors, stains and marks on carpets, damaged room chair, the pool surroundings and tiles were in need of some fixes.

Went to the restaurant service slow, others that came in after us were waited on first. They ran out of soft drinks that we ordered then didn’t have enough chicken schnitzels to fill our order. Rooms were not serviced during stay either so had to chase up extra tea bags.

It was central to our needs, breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant and helpful

The pool isn't heated. The main lobby bathroom shouldn't have been open 2 of the cubicles were closed off due to what looked like renovations and a hole behind the main walk in door. The room was ok however there was a used bandaid between the curtains and bed

Helpful and friendly staff

Some areas of the room and bathroom need uodating and maintenance such as tiles, grout, and cracked wash basin.

Breakfast which was included was fantastic. Room was quite large and the bathroom was great and quite new. Staff were really friendly. Dinner was great with lots of variety. Excellent value for money and close to everything.

The gym was shocking and could have been closed down. Everything else was fine.

Bus loads of school kids stayed same night and were really noisy

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was a great bonus as we didn’t want to drive to find dinner on our first night.

The pool did need a creepy crawler cleaner but was ok.
